One of the biggest things I like about working with Joe is that he is very professional. An awful lot of contractors are great at their craft but do not necessarily have the same people skills that Joe puts to great use. I was able to point him to where I had wet carpet, he used his moisture sensor to track the leak, and identified that the leak was coming from inside of one of my walls. He consulted with me about it, cut open the wall, and sure enough there was a water junction into my bathroom that was leaking. He knew exactly what to do to fix it, including a recommendation for a new water supply for the toilet, and executed on those. I no longer have a leak! I would not hesitate to use them again and can highly recommend them.

I am in the construction field. I have heard good things about Joe Rubanow and Structural Technologies. After doing extensive research, I knew Structural Technologies/Joe Rubanow was the only contractor I wanted and trusted on my roof. Joe and his crew's knowledge, kindness, respect, cleanliness, and focus to the smallest detail, is head and shoulders above the rest. Above 5 stars, but that was the highest praise I could give. The communication all through the process was something I have never experienced with a contractor in the past. Joe made sure I was involved every step of the way. He came out during a rain storm and he fixed the roof he came out and did it when everyone else said it was going to be 2 weeks or more. He fixed everything perfectly, he even came inside and cut the drywall and helped me not get any mold. He went above and beyond what he needed to.

I take great concern when I know mold is growing so I stopped the water intrusion on the roof in between the rain drops. Using my moisture meter I located the wet ceiling area, and removed the 6'x6'drywall and 8'x8' attic insulation. We soon after installed a new roof.
