With the monsoon season approaching it is very wise as you did to have an extensive preventative maintenance to your shingle roof /penetrations. This will help prevent water intrusions and future damages to your home, while also staying in compliance with your insurance policy. Having a roof maintenance completed, this will help prevent water seepage which leads to drywall damage, insulation breakdown, mold and a very possible denial from the insurance company for lack of maintenance. Contractor showed up on schedule and kept me informed on the completion date which also came in on schedule. I found Joe Rubanow the CEO of Structural Technology to be a hands on owner and a man of his word.

We met Joseph when he and his crew were replacing a Tile Roof for a neighbor. He provided a reasonable confident quote to replace our entire roof underlayment and broken tiles, they did a great job also replaced rotted wood when they could have covered it up. My wife and I are very pleased as were the neighbors who recommended them. Thanks Joseph!

Your roof underlayments was curling due to its age of 17 years, water was being blown under the lifted /deteriorated roof liner causing water damages to the plywood, insulation and drywall. The good thing is you noticed the warning signs and acted appropriately. As a service to my customers, I showed dozens of pictures and the conditions from start to completion. Joe came the day we called to give us an estimate. He came back to do the job when he said he would and even called one of his guys to come look at an electrical issue we were having.

Due to an improper roof installation, numerous roof repairs were necessary, water was causing damages to the covered patio ceiling and fascia. The roof and wood was repaired without having to remove and replace the entire roof system at a minimal cost. Upon inspection of the attic, electrical issues were discovered and necessary repairs were administrated. We appreciate you hiring us ! Joe Rubanow
