I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had four companies come out and give me quotes for roof replacement.. They all got up on the roof, but Joe, the owner, was up there the longest and was the only one to take pictures. He also walked the perimeter of my house and explained the mechanics of a roof etc.. Joe is very thorough. Very knowledgeable.. I think I would have hired him even if his quote had come in higher, but it did not it came in a little lower while providing more. Within a day or two of giving him a deposit workers showed up to drop off supplies. A few days later they started. His workers showed up at 7 AM. They worked until after six, cleaned up everything before they left and returned at 7am the next day. By 2pm my roof was done. Both days Joe came by and went up on my roof to inspect the work himself. He also sent me pictures during the installation with updates. I think Joe takes a lot of pride in his work and has high expectations of his employees. They delivered on that. My roof is beautiful. I am beyond pleased. I highly recommend him! 5 stars

I move to Arizona a month ago and needed my roof inspected. I called structural technologies and the owner of the company Joe Rubanow came out and inspected my roof himself which impressed me immediately that the owner was as hands on as he was. After what seemed like an hour of Joe being on my roof, we went inside and he explained in great length with pictures and his knowledge what was needed to make my roof safe and protect my home for yrs. I would absolutely positively recommend this company for roofing, and when I get the funds, I will have him come and give me estimates of some of the work that we might want to have done inside the house.
