We removed and replaced the entire roof- It was a pleasure working with the insurance co to upgrade the roof to today's standards by providing the necessary information they needed for the code upgrades... Yes its that simple. If not, the Insurance company will build back to original condition prior to the storm. I am happy Betty has a new Cadillac roof.

Joe did everything he said he would do and went far beyond what he had to in dealing with my insurance company.

Replaced the entire roof which was damaged by the big storm in July. We also needed to replace all the roof plywood due to its deteriorated condition. I appreciate you for recognizing the defects and requested we repair the entire roof up to standards...Thank you Joe Rubanow Owner

There was a leak in the roof, which caused water damage. Joe replaced the insulation, repaired the drywall, taped, and textured five areas in the house. The job was done so well that you can't even tell it was ever done at all.

YES! 81mph winds and rain tore apart the roof which caused much damage to the interior. We installed a new upgraded roof to code and painted interior. The Insurance co worked well with us on total satisfaction! It was a pleasure working with you!

We use the best materials on your roof and everyones! , the neighbors new roof will not look as good as I promised! I appreciate the great send off! We installed a new asphalt shingle roof with all the bells and whistle upgrades - and the rear patio cover, with the insurance co blessings.

Due to 81MPH wind storm blowing off many shingles and causing interior damages- We installed a new roof utilizing code requirements to upgrade the roof with ridge ventilation, Drip-edge, high performance ridge cap and repainted most of the interior...All looks great and was completed in less than a week. Thank you for the recommendations of your 2 neighbors !!!!
