Joe the owner, took an active role in supervising all work and daily clean up. There was much wood that needed replacement and as well as repairs to structural supports and facial that some roofers might have missed. They added ventilation to the addict and made sure that my roof is good to go for the next 25 years. Very happy with their work!!

Joe and his team above all else were responsive and did EXACTLY what they said they were going to and EXACTLY within the time they said. Joe explained clearly to me and my wife any issues that arose relative to the structure as they repaired the roof. He was present at the job site even though his team was more than capable. When we found the need to talk to Joe he made time to come by (if he wasn't there) in a very rapid timeframe. The team was respectful and genuinely nice people who took pride in what they did. I would with no hesitation recommend Structural Tech for any home repair (especially roofing). Actually I plan on using Joe again for side projects.

Joe and his team of guys did an amazing job. I needed a new roof badly, had issues with leaks, and Joe made my house a priority. Within a week of meeting with Joe I had a date set to have this project completed, and it was done within a couple of days. Joe was great about explaining the problems that he saw with my roof, explained what had caused the leaks, provided detailed explanations of what he would do to fix structural issues I had and all of the specifics that would take place as part of the re-roofing. He continously updated me on what issues were found (along with photos), the cost of everything, and how the problems could be corrected. His team of workmen were very polite, on-time, cleaned everything up once they were done and were also very pleasant to interact with. The quality of the work along with his 15 year guarantee is impossible to beat. I am grateful to have such great work done on my house. Would highly recommend Structural Technology and am going to have an additional project done by them in the next month.

The service was installing new wood beam ends on a patio roof that rotted. My grandfather was going to do it himself but he ended up hurting himself and couldn't finish the work and a couple of days after I notice some guys fixing my neighbors old wooden beams on her roof and went over and asked when they were done if they could come to check out the work that we needed but Todd politely gave me Joe the owner of the company number and said to ask him about it so I did and Joe after telling him if he could come to check it out and he said he would because he was coming out this way to check the Roof of my neighbors and sure enough he came over and checked it out and said he would do it in 4 days and he sure did the owner of the company came and did a little woodwork job I thought that was cool of him, he did not have to but that shows he is a good honest guy and did a great Job my grampa said :) Thanks again Joe!

Really great guy to work with! He continuously follows up on his work! I had a roof replacement and he continued to update me on progress of works. He follows up, keeps you updated and he is very polite. Answers all your questions and the roof is superb. He is a man of his word!
