It was an o.k service. Joe was a nice guy. He responded to my requests immediately. I had a leak in my roof and had trouble locating the source of the problem. Joe found the source of the problem and said it was due to a skylight (although I'm not sure about it). He got one of his crew members to cover the whole by adding shingles around the skylight but personally I'm not happy with the overall work. It could have been done a lot better.

Larry made a mistake with his roofers We did a repair to the sky lights others installed and fixed the interior damaged ceiling for the minor cost of a service call.

I was able to convince them the storm caused the leaks on this 25-year-old roof which didn't leak prior to the wind, hail, rain storm. Eric was very pleased I was able to turn the denial into a full replacement of his roof. We than painted the exterior of their home. Thank you for trusting my years of experience! Joe was a former adjuster and he has knowledge of the system, he fought for me with the insurance company, he's on time and professional. The only small critiism I'd like to make is the some of the small nails weren't picked up. The nails have been surfacing in my yard. Everything else was cleaned up well.
