We were very pleased with the work that Joe did waterproofing and rebuilding our exterior terrace, waterproofing our 3 balconies and sealing all 19 exterior doors. Joe is very detailed-oriented and diligent in his work and consistently communicated with us about what work he was doing and why. His team was polite and careful around our house and left everything in great shape. The project finished on time and right on the estimate he had given us. We highly recommend him.

Victor your home had old underlayment prior to when you purchased it causing damage to the truss. We opened the roof and found the top cord of the truss was badly rotted. We have repaired the truss and did so and reroofed the entire area so you no longer need to worry. Thank you for the continued work and 5 star Rating with Review. I was informed about the deficiencies in the existing roof: insufficient ventilation, needed improvements to meet current code, etc. The prices for each were discussed, agreed upon an honored. Best of all the company had a project manager present to ensure quality work. Their price was competitive.

Now your past uncomfortable rooms below will be cooler in the summertime. Joe is extremely client oriented and goes above and beyond to ensure you are aware of exactly how and when his team will be working on your home but also that you are happy and comfortable with the work completed. You have a great roof now with a very good double 40 fiberglass underlayment to last over 20 to 25 years, now because you now have proper ventilation.
