Joe was knowledgeable and extremely customer oriented. He explained the process, honestly assessed and communicated to me the condition if the roof. He went above and beyond during the entire process. He sent photos all along the way pointing out things that needed to be fixed and showing me what they were doing. Finished on time. I am relieved that my roof is the best in the industry and don't have to worry about leaks or other problems. Thanks again Joe.

What I loved about Joe the most is let me know right up front everything he was going to do and kept me included in everything. He gave me a itemized statement and showed me receipts for material costs. I really loved and appreciated that. There was no hidden costs. He allowed me to be very engaged from start to finish. I feel like I really learned and understood what was going on. I was very impressed with his customer service as he never shyed away from any questions that I had to ask nor did he make me feel inadequate in asking those questions. In fact he encouraged me to ask questions.

This was an insurance claim where the adjuster did not agree with my documentation and our contract, once I managed all the Insurance paperwork all was agreed to be paid by the Insurance company. A happy customer once again!! Thank you Joseph Rubanow manager / GC.

Joe was very responsive, always returning calls promptly and showing up when scheduled. He was very concerned about the quality of my repairs and personally inspected everything. He even fixed an ornamental gate latch which is still working fine.

We made many upgrade repairs to the interior and exterior -damages to the rear patio 12'' x 8' around patio posts, Power washed, prepped, primed, and painted the exterior of the house, also bathroom upgrades, and many other things, about four years ago- I am very happy your pleased years later.
