Joe is just wonderful! Meticulous, does far superior work than I've seen before. He is in the project himself throughout the whole thing, overseeing it on site as much as possible. From top to bottom just magnificent, my tile roof is so beautiful as is my block wall. He's the guy you should hire.

We removed two A/C units, and removed rotted sections of roof sheathing. We installed new foam roof 2.8 consistency with a primer, coating and granules to help keep the birds away. This was an insurance repair job which I had Structural Technology do. Joe worked hard to make sure the insurance company covered what was needed to do the job correctly, and not just do a patch job repair. Joe has been very prompt in our communications, never hesitates to return calls. Structural technology ended up doing a complete reroof on my home. Very satisfied with the quality of work. Joe was adamant about ensuring progress on the job and ensuring the work was done right and to his specifications.

The insurance company adjuster did not want to pay the full amount of damages to the roof. I know what the insurance policies provide for- then see to it the insured gets the full proper repair or in many cases a new roof! We also painted the exterior. We had a little issue come about and Joseph has gone out of his way to get us taken care of and will be returning today to address it. Joe has always been very prompt and returns without hesitations to take care of stuff. His crew is excellent as well! All of the men worked their tails off while here and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the work done and would recommend.

We installed all new roof tile and underlayment due to a micro burst caused much damage to the roof system. It was very helpful I have insurance claims experience to complete the job with the Insurance co. Once roof was completed we repainted the entire exterior of the house. Joe and his team were first rate all the way! From discussion of what needed to be done to completion, Joe was active and updated us all the way through the project.
