They took the time to take pictures before and after the project, and showed me the outcome, very particular with their work, I highly recommend them.

My roof needed a maintenance.some loose tiles , broken, and some slipped. Had several roofing companies estimated the repair.structural tech was the rite price. The owner (Joe) came himself to do the repair in 2 hours . He is very nice guy , very friendly and knows his stuff. Hope the repair last few years . I recommend him to my friend and son. From Joe's first visit to my home he took time to explain the process of what would be taking place during the repair of my roof. His crew showed up on time each day and cleaned up before leaving at the end of the day. I think my roof is the best looking roof in my neighborhood.

Joe provided daily communications and inspections with actual photos of damaged areas being replaced. Very respectful team of experienced 4 to 8 workers per day. Bottom line: Joe is easy to do business with and easily identified as a roofing expert. Easy 5 Stars Due to: Double 40lb paper, not over nailed, painted parapets, matched 15-year-old tile. Knowledge, Quality of the work, Quantity of workers. Literally daily inspections of work performed. Quality of products used. Just felt good when done!
