Victor your home had old underlayment prior to when you purchased it causing damage to the truss. We opened up the roof and found the top coed was badly rotted. We have engineered plans to repair the truss and did so and reroofed the entire area so you no longer need to worry. I was informed about the deficiencies in the existing roof: insufficient ventilation, needed improvements to meet current code, etc. The prices for each were discussed, agreed upon an honored. Best of all the company had a project manager present to ensure quality work. Their price was competitive.

Luis you have a New beautiful upgraded shingle roof system with proper ventilation. As you mentioned you had some hot rooms in the house which I corrected with proper ventilation. Now you're uncomfortable rooms below will be cooler in the summertime. As promised I supervised your job with my working foreman working in-between the raindrops with 15 professional roofers, all in two days to beat the upcoming forecasted storm. You have a great roof now with a very good double 40 fiberglass underlayment to last over 20 to 25 years, now because you now have proper ventilation. Structural Technology Custom Homes did a great job with my roof. Joe did a thorough inspection of our roof. They completed the job on time at the price quoted. I would recommend them to anyway who needs a roof replacement.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had four companies come out and give me quotes for roof replacement.. They all got up on the roof, but Joe, the owner, was up there the longest and was the only one to take pictures. He also walked the perimeter of my house and explained the mechanics of a roof etc.. Joe is very thorough. Very knowledgeable.. I think I would have hired him even if his quote had come in higher, but it did not it came in a little lower while providing more. Within a day or two of giving him a deposit workers showed up to drop off supplies. A few days later they started. His workers showed up at 7 AM. They worked until after six, cleaned up everything before they left and returned at 7am the next day. By 2pm my roof was done. Both days Joe came by and went up on my roof to inspect the work himself. He also sent me pictures during the installation with updates. I think Joe takes a lot of pride in his work and has high expectations of his employees. They delivered on that. My roof is beautiful. I am beyond pleased. I highly recommend him! 5 stars

I move to Arizona a month ago and needed my roof inspected. I called structural technologies and the owner of the company Joe Rubanow came out and inspected my roof himself which impressed me immediately that the owner was as hands on as he was. After what seemed like an hour of Joe being on my roof, we went inside and he explained in great length with pictures and his knowledge what was needed to make my roof safe and protect my home for yrs. I would absolutely positively recommend this company for roofing, and when I get the funds, I will have him come and give me estimates of some of the work that we might want to have done inside the house.
