Communication with Jackie was immediate and she scheduled the team in a snap. Was able to give an estimate based on my photos (which I appreciated). The team of guys got the work done (removing 3 spiky, overgrown succulent plants with invasive roots), hauled the plants and cleaned it all up beautifully. Very happy with the results and experience. We had a 23â Queen Palm with a disease that caused the outer bark to deteriorate. We had to remove it so that our other palms wouldnâ t catch the disease as well. It wasnâ t what we wanted but it was for the best. We contacted Personalized Tree Service, and they were very professional, came out and gave us quote to remove it. When the trucks drove up a few days later, their crew came out with hard hats and were ready to go. Each person knew what they were supposed to do and did it without having to be told. I did take pictures of the process because it was like watching a dance to some degree but unfortunately canâ t post them in this forum. Within 10 min. they had the palm and area secured, the ropes to control the fall were attached to the palm. They cut it and it fell exactly where it was supposed to. Then the men began cutting it into smaller sections and caring the pieces to the woodchipper. As soon as there was no sign of the palm short of the cut trunk, they then shredded the trunk and roots well below the topsoil. Then they cleaned up and did it all in under an hour. Impressed is an understatement. We are now going to have them plant something else to replace our missed palm. Since then, our neighbor had her 4 palms pruned by Personalized Tree Service and Iâ ve had two other neighbors ask for their information. I highly recommend them.

Personalized Tree Service under promised and over delivered. Their pricing was very competitive. Talked with Erick yesterday afternoon. The (3) tall royal palms were gone by 11AM today. They are now on our preferred vendor list. I would highly recommend PTS. Communication was excellent, work was done professionally. Could not have had a better experience.
