Quality Company, they do what they say

I was pleased with the quick response to my request for an estimate of the work. The work was performed immediately to grind an old tree stump. I was happy with their service. My agreement was verbal. I have deducted 1/2 point for their review because when I paid, I wasn't offered an invoice.

I was very pleased with the work although they broke some of my shrubs and plants which were close to the trees. Minor damage. I paid by check but did not receive an invoice from their office although when I hired them I was told I would. However I have my canceled check.

We had three trees that hadn't been trimmed in a couple of years. Chinese Elm, Liquid Amber, & a Large Fichus. The Estimate was very fair. The Crew that did the work were very good. We were very pleased with the results. We would recommend this Tree Service.

Personalized Tree Service had the less expensive estimate of the two I interviewed. Another deciding factor was their excellent reputation according to previous reviews. They did not disappoint us. We were delighted with their service. They came right on time and proceeded with the job without too much instruction. The Birds of Paradise, an eyesore up to then, look beautiful now. Also,the tree in the front yard was beautifully manicured. An especially difficult task was the removal of ivy from a gazebo in the backyard. They removed the overgrown ivy from the gazebo completely even though it involved removal of the gazebo itself the top of which was intertwined with the roots of the ivy. The men worked together well, like a machine, and dragged the copious amounts of debris to the front to be ground up. They cleaned up the area well and left the area looking clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Not very professional: came four hours before the scheduled time, and without telling us, climbed over our backyard and climbed on our tree for trimming purposes; only when accosted, they told me they were from Personalized Tree Service. The two people did their job swiftly, no doubt, but it took only 15 minutes total, instead of the one hour estimated the previous day. Since we had agreed upon the charge, not the time, I paid them whatever we had agreed upon earlier. However, I was not given a receipt for the check I wrote. Next time, I will look for more professional people. - The company estimator called me after reading my review to say that they happened to be in the area earlier, tried knocking on the door and calling me before they began the work. But we did not hear them, nor is there any log of the phone call. He also said that he will send me an invoice/receipt soon, and was sorry for the miscommunication. Since they did a swift job, charged reasonable, and contacted me back, tells me that they are a conscientious company, and I have upped their scores a little bit.

Very quick response. They trimmed our trees in next week after the call with good quality.

I noticed some of my sprinklers were broken after they left, but the trees were trimmed correctly.

I would recommend to anyone
