We were very happy with our experience with Personalized Tree Service! The cost was very reasonable, and the quality of work was beyond our expectations. The estimator was friendly and the guys that came out to remove a tree and trim the other were efficient, friendly and very professional. They got the work done quickly and cleaned up all the mess before they left. We were very pleased and will definitely use them for future projects. Highly recommended!

Was on time for estimate and said they would be here between 12 and 2 on Monday. Showed up at 10:30. Excellent job and would definitely hire Joe and his crew again. Very satisfied with work that was done. Cut down 40ft palm tree next to phone pole and electrical wires. Thanks

I had to split the job in two parts because my stepstones did not arrive on time. They said that would not be a problem. Apparently it was because after several attempts I was unable to get them to do the other half of the job they quoted. They pushed me off 3 times and and did not show up. Not a good way to run a company. They lure you with competitive pricing- they did not show up on time for the first half of the job either- even for the quote. I would stay clear- very poorly run. I am not sure how they got this good of a rating- its very difficult to work with this company.
