They gave me a fair price, showed up on time, did an awesome job of trimming the tree, and did a thorough clean up afterword.

Overall they did a good job. They removed a 100ft eucalyptus tree. I tend not to say much, but I told them to not drag the limbs and trunks along my neighbors property and they stopped. The worst that happened is as they starting removing the trunk in 3 ft sections, they dropped the trunk pieces from the top. As I said the tree was > 100 ft tall. First piece bounced down the hill and hit this rickety old picket fence knocking the top rail off. Since it was already falling apart no big deal. I said nothing. They just lifted the rail back into place. Then they kept dropping the trunk pieces. The rest did not bounce down the hill. Put they hit the ground very hard. I should have said something but the rest went fine. They removed all they cut down. But past tree trimmers would pull out a leaf blower and leave the entire area cleaner than it was when they started. This group left it as they found, except they did leave all the saw dust. To me not a big deal. When they came for the quote they gave me a high bid, then took a few hundred off, then called an hour later and cut the price in half. They were $500 over the lowest bid, but their final quote was the lowest bid. This is the 2nd time they quoted for me. The first time they were double the price of the lower bid, so I did not use them the first time. Again overall they did a good job. I would use them again if they gave me a good bid. However, next time I would ask them not to drop limbs and trunks from a height any higher than my roof line.

They are easy to work with and friendly - I would definitely use them again.

Personalized tree service was prompt about getting my tree trimmed. They did a very nice job for a very competitive rate. They were good about cleaning the work area and leaving the yard free of debris and leaves. I would recommend this company.
