Personalized Tree Service, Inc

PTS has been very relaxed in calling back and scheduling. They cancelled 1st appointment then I had to call them back a week later to reschedule. They showed up but did not speak English. I could not communicate with workers at job. I made a very clear request that anybody at job site would be able to speak English and have insurance. I am very doubtfull these men had insurance as requested. It has been a week since they cut the tree but they have not followed up to remove the stump. I have not paid anyone yet and now just wondering if they will ever come back to remove stumpo and get paid?

I have a Chinese Elm. They did a great job. Left just enough on so it doesn't look bare. The guy trimming didn't get bent out of shape when I offered input. But he knew exactly what he was doing. I'll call him an artist. The clean up was complete. The other guy even cleaned out the rain gutters. I don't have to do ! They did a great job. It was a fair price. I will be using their service again.

They were not the first to call, but were the first to show up and actual give a quote. They returned within 2 days (by my choice - he would have done next day). They did an execellent job removing 4 very tall and wide Cyprus (sp) trees from the side of my driveway. They did a great clean-up job and were finished in less time than he even thought. Thanks!

Personalized came out for an estimate immediatly after I talked to them, and were able to complete the tree removal on that same day. They were prompt and proffesional and cleaned up my yard and neighbors yard off all debries. I would recommend them and use them again.

They did a good job on trimming the tree. They came on time and started work on the tree right away. They completed the job in two hours and cleaned the yard of fallen branches and leaves before they left. Very professional. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. He also put in new lawn and installed sprinklers for me in addition to removing three trees and concrete, replacing new concrete patio.

Crew of guys came out same day and were fast and efficient, and did a good job of clean up after the tree was removed. My only complaint was that communication was good but not great, and tips of branches of tree when felled hit my AC unit. No damage done though, so it wasn't a huge deal. I had to let them know there was another plant I wanted removed that their boss apparently had forgotten to tell them about. I would recommend the customer be on site while the work is done- a good rule in general anyway.

Personalized Tree Service was very easy to contact, and they were able to come out right away to give me a free estimate on trimming a large orange tree that was in various power lines, and a large pearfruit cactus that had grown up over our neighbor's garage roof. The quality of the work on the tree and cactus was excellent. The crew made sure not to top the tree too much, and just thinned it out where necessary. Only a few small issues: the crew was scheduled to show up at 8am, but showed up at 7:30. Some of the large cactus chunks fell into our rose bed and damaged our roses. Had trouble contacting them after the work was done.

I am still waiting for an invoice so I can get these guys paid ;)
