Jose's initial price was high, but he stayed very negotiable. He even gave me a free lesson about the trees on my property. I'd recommend him. He never wants to lose a potential job. PROS Very competitive price Quick turn around (1st day estimate, next day service) Disposed of stray branches from other trees Stump Grinder Miguel followed up on missed spots I pointed out CONS Scratched up my fence from dragging tree limbs Used my new shovel without asking and accidentally chainsawing it So-so clean up around project site (although very good at the site of removal) 2 hours longer than estimated to complete

I spoke with the owner, Joe,over the phone and he gave me a quote and sent workers out the next morning. We had a mature olive tree needing to be pruned and thinned. We were nervous because the tree is prominent in our front yard. Three workers showed up in a huge truck with a tree shredder in tow. There was a language barrier, but fortunately, they understood what to do and used their expertise. They completed the job in less than an hour with excellent workmanship. Their estimate was fast, reasonable and accurate. We will use them again in the future.

These guys did a great job. Mountain of work in a very limited amount of time. Two mail reasons for not getting a 5 star. 1) post cleanup was lacking. Found trash and a broken fence when going over things later. I know it was a long day and things happen on the job site when cutting down huge trees, just let me know when it happens. 2) No follow up. The crew got paid, and no one ever came by to check the work nor tie off with me that work was complete and to my satisfaction. Beyond a few minor things, all is good. Fair Price & quick turn around. The last 5-10% could have been a bit better.
