Very prompt! Gave quote in the morning and did the work that same afternoon. Gave them 4.5 stars since they had neglected to pull some Ivy off of a couple of trees which we had discussed. All the tree trimming was done well. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first time dealing with Personalized Tree Service, Inc. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. They are number 1. They called and sent an email within an hour after I contacted “Home Adviser”. I made an appointment with Eric and got a quote through email for the job. I called three other companies to come over to give me their quotes and found Eric’s quote was 25% to 50% less expensive than the other companies. Huge Savings. Personalized Tree Service sent out two crews, one to cut my bushes and the other to grind the roots. These bushes were planted 40 years ago, you can imagine how deep the roots were. The employees were kind and courteous and most importantly ON TIME. They cleaned up the mess and made the area look new again. “Thank you Home Adviser” for suggesting Personalized Tree Service. Great value, Great delivery on time. Areas are cleaned after completion of service. no damage.

Work quality excellent and price fair. Some minor hiccups re scheduling the start of the work and removal of the debris, but overall I would definitely recommend this company.

Scheduled an appointment but tried to cancel ten minutes after appointment time, which I refused so he ended up being an hour late. No written quote until I insisted. Communication could have been better. The work wasn't bad and done quickly, although they had to come back to finish what they missed. I just felt they were trying to do the minimum to get paid.

Price was fair and I think they did a good job for the most part

work was good, initial meeting was good, price was good. Massive miscommunication about project and had to call several times to go around to explain the work promised, no one showed for follow up appt to finish the work a week later and no one called after the no show-I had to call them yet again. Finally, showed up to finish a few days later out of the blue without letting us know when, not happy.
