Estimate was the next day and removal the following. The two workers that came out worked fast and were finished very quickly. I don't think that they did any grinding of the roots. I did not hear anything like that.

They did a great job. They were fast and very nice! They trimmed two lemon trees in an hour and cleaned everything up very nicely. Definitely hiring them again.

Called to make an appointment to get an estimate on trimming and cutting our 20 Cypress trees. They were able to have someone to come out on the same day we called. A young man showed up about 15 minutes early of our appointment and gave us a reasonable price. Since we already had few other companies came out to give us estimates, we knew this company’s price is decent. Although we felt unsure about his company’s work from reading some 1 start reviews on Yelp, but compare to 444 reviews on HomeAdvisor, we decided to take the risk and had PTS to come to work on the trees. The work was done properly, our Cypress trees are looking a lot better. At one point, I came out to see the progress of the work, I saw the workers trying to fix the sprinkler they accidentally broke while working on the trees. From this action, it shows that this company is responsible and trustworthy. They could have just hide the fact that they broke the sprinkler and left after they pick up the check from us, but they choose to do the right thing. To conclude. We would recommend PTS to others base on our experience with them.

Did a good job of removal but I set up a second call and they did not show.

This company responded right away and scheduled an appointment for an estimate and then for the actual job. They worked fast and cleaned up well. Their office support is especially polite and efficient. The only thing that bothered us was that they started the job before we arrived at the site. Would have preferred that they waited. Other than that they did an excellent job.

This company reacts very fast. A few minutes after I input my request yesterday, they called me and scheduled an appointment for estimate today. When Eric and their president showed up, they made an offer on site. Since this is a licensed company with full insurance coverage and the price is fair according to my past experience, I hired them right away. In one hour two skilled workers showed up with a professional machine and in two hours, they removed six big stumps and leveled the ground and put everything in normal. Amazing efficiency! I will definitely recomment this company to people who need to have stumps removed.
