I know that California is in a drought and we're expected to cut our water usage by 28%. After a year of waiting, we ended up getting St. Augustine sod installed. It was recommended by Joe and we could not have been more happier with it. They installed our sprinkler system, helped set up the timer for the first month. Our lawn is well established and we only water once or twice a week and our lawn is so lush and green. We always get compliments from our neighbors. I would recommend there service to anyone. Quick, great quality and guaranteed everything up front.

We did hire Personalized Tree Service to take out our trees and shrubs. They were prompt and did a very thorough job. We were happy with their work and service. I would recommend them to others.

An 18-year old kid showed up to give me a quote and typed it up on his iPhone! Incredibly, within 20 minutes, I received a written invoiced estimate via e-mail on my phone. But, youth and technology aside, the quote was comparable to others I received and Personalized has a chipper machine. So, our substantial front/backyard weeding, shrub, and tree trimming job was completed in under 4 hours! Personalized was also able to book our job on the exact date I needed it completed by; within 48 hours of us accepting their quote. The crew was kind and the workmanship and clean-up was professional. The only reason I gave them 4.5 stars in Customer Service is because they were unable to give me a job start time more precise than "midday." So, we began waiting around at noon, and they arrived about half past 2:00 p.m. But, 4 hours later, the yards looked beautifully manicured!
