These guys are professional, fast, personable and did excellent work. I have used several tree maintenance companies in the past and this is the first that actually cared about not damaging my other plants as they removed one ficus tree stump and the roots of about 7 other ficus that another company said would die when they removed the trees 2 years ago. I got their workman's comp and insurance liability forms with my estimate w/o asking and their price was great. I will definitely use them again.

Came an hour late without a phone call. Also left 2 huge branches in my neighbors yard without cleaning them up. My neighbor notified me and I had to take care of it myself.

The owners son came out personally and managed all my questions and concerns. Neil the manager handled a miscommunication with ease.

We were told it was approximately $200 per tree and that their rate was $100 per hour. He said it would take 3 1/2 to 4 hours. It only took the guy 2 3/4 hours, so we thought the bill would be $275. They still charged us $400. We feel the man should not have told us their hourly rate if they were not going to abide by it. It was poor business ethics. We would not recommend or use them again.

I've been afraid to pursue removing my two palm trees in front of our house because I was afraid of what it would cost. We've had them for over 23 years. I submitted a request for a quote online, and Joe called me back within a couple of hours. He actually looked up our house, so he could give me an accurate quote over the phone. VERY fair quote too! They took less than an hour to remove, cut up and repair the holes from both trees. Very efficient and a real pro job all around.

The person that came out to do the bid did not communicated with the workers as to what the entire job entailed. He never came back to the job site. The workers did about 50% of what was requested and bid on. They showed up for the job, did nothing and left because they thought I was getting another bid. Then I called the company and waited 6 hours for them and they never returned. Then I rescheduled for a different day. When they came they did not do all that was bid on thus the job was 1/2 done. I had to finish the job as this is a rental property and tenants were moving in.
