They are fast in getting back to you and setting up an estimate

There was a lot of collateral damage to other tree and other plants. I removed most of the Malibu Lighting leaving only the ones I thought were far enough away. Everything in front of the house was destroyed. I am not in this business so I can't say for sure if a little more care would have prevented all this damage.

Eric was very pleasant and courteous. He and his crew did a good job.

Erick submitted a very competitive bid for the removal of two large eucalyptus trees from my property to be done on 12-19-15. The job and cleanup were done exactly as discussed with due care to a very fragile wooden fence on the property. Any trimmings which fell on my neighbors' properties were cleared and removed. The crew was professional, on time and did an excellent job. I have been in my home for over 23 years and have had many companies doing tree work over the years. These guys are the best. You can't go wrong with this company.

First of all, Eric - the young man who came out to give me a free estimate was not only very professional but was also friendly and easy to work with. A great crew of workers came out and did exactly what I wanted done. My trees were topped just the way I wanted, and again, thanks to Eric Saldivar and his great Personalized crew. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Very professional. Hard working crew. Did a great job under difficult circumstances. I inadvertently and unknowingly overpaid. Overpayment much to my surprise was voluntarily returned. THAT is an honest businessman! I have used other tree companies but will look no further. PTS will get all of my tree service in the future. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job removing a large tree. They cleaned up the mess and were a great value for the dollar. I would highly recommend them.

This company should never be recommended by HomeAdvisor! They mutilated most of the plants in our backyard and broke a concrete slab of ours. When I tried to address it with the workers, they looked at me, laughed, turned their backs on me, and continued doing damage. They don't have any consideration for their female customers and I had to call my husband home from work just to get them to stop doing damage.
