I made an afternoon appointment for the estimate but Joe showed up in the morning, which worked out fine for me. I explained the work to remove a few palm plants and to trim a few palm trees. The estimate was great, I accepted, and the work started that same day after lunch. The guys (3) worked very hard , pretty much non-stop and were done in just over 2 hours. Then about an hour later another worker with a large dump truck and shredder arrived to take the debris, which took about 45 minutes. I'm very pleased with the work. My only trepidation throughout was that Joe didn't provide the estimate in writing but I didn't press for it either.

PTS provided what I believe was a very reasonable quote to remove two fairly large trees, one small tree and two large shrubs from my backyard. I had wanted to get at least one more quote from another company in order to compare prices/services, but that 2nd company never showed up after setting an appointment. Then, PTS called me to follow up on their quote, and I decided to just go ahead and hire them without obtaining any other quotes. The work was completed as promised, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

We received a call back immediately and were met by an extremely professional Joe Salvador the same day. May I also note that he met us on a Sunday. He offered a very competetiive bid, and explained what a thorough tree, trunk, and root removal process would entail. After comparing his knowledge, professionalism and price with others, he was the obvious choice. A word to the wise, make sure you are dealing with a "licensed and insured" contractor". Professional Tree Service is both. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the project to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely use the service again and refer to others.

The workers spoke only Spanish, not one English word, which made communication difficult. Ultimately, they did a nice job of thinning out the dead branches which allowed more light to enter.
