It was a Major Decision in Deciding to Remove A Very Tall Tree and I do mean "Tall" from my backyard that was tangling with the Power Lines, along with also Removing Two (2) Tree Stumps, plus a Block Of Cement that was lying on the ground, including a few other details. I had to Interview at least (10) Tree Companies before deciding on who to use and the prices all fluctuated. They did a great job including clean up.

They worked really hard and safely removed three tall pine trees, but they did not cut the stump down to 1-2 inches from the ground as they had promised. They also left behind the leaves from the palm tree they had trimmed, because apparently they had to pay extra for dumping the leaves.

Personalized Lawns and Tree Service (PTS) responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and made an appointment to scope the work to be done the next day. Arborist Eric studied my project in detail and submitted an estimate/proposal on the spot I had interviewed four other tree trimming companies. The PTS bid was competitive, and the lowest of the five. A confirming email was sent to me by owner Joe Saldivar. Detail of the work to be done was written up. An appointment was made for the work to be done. The crew showed up five minutes early. Crew chief Horatio asked to walk the yard to make sure we had a mutual understanding of what was to be done. The work was done in a professional manner with all trimming done to my satisfaction. We walked the yard after the work was completed and it was 100% correct and the cleanup of a very messy project was outstanding. Eric called me to make sure the work was underway and all aspects were understood by the crew. The call was appreciated. I will use PTS in the future. I am a property manager and will recommend using PTS at properties I manage.
