Estimate, in person, was within an hour of my phone call, estimate was so good that I cancelled other bids.. He knew how to deal with my homeowners association, including texting pictures of the before and after. He Had a crew of five there within 3 hours that included very professional equipment and was done in 3 hours, very good clean-up included.

The service would have be great if they were not having trouble with grinding machine. There was a sprinkler line torn out and either they did notice it or neglected to inform me.
