They did a great job removing 4 trees around my swimming pool. They cleaned up the mess and were a great value for the dollar.

There was confusion as to the day they were supposed to arrive. I called and they apologized. After calling again on the new set date and time. They did show up an hour late. After the crew arrived, The work was completed quickly, professionally and for the agreed price.

Very pleased with their service of removing tree branches of a fica tree coming over from the neighbors. Once the price was agreed upon, they were quick and cleaned up. Great professional workers and company! Very pleased they took care of this issue.

We scheduled appointment on 11/7/15 @ 8:30 AM but they showed up @ 11:30 as they had a bigger job than our one tree. They did a good job once they got here but the problem was we had to reschedule an appointment and the rest of our afternoon plans. Lastly, they did NOT call us about coming at a much later time than they had agreed to.

Came in on Saturday to get the job done. Can't say enough good things about them!

Personalized removed 3 trees in very difficult physical environments with ease. They did an excellent job trimming another tree. All this was done with competitive rates by a full crew of people who showed up on time, worked diligently and got the job done much faster than I would have ever imagined. The customer service was great from start to finish. Eric showed up quickly to provide a bid and followed up to be sure our requirements were being met. Calls to the office were answered promptly and the scheduling was a breeze. Clean-up was outstanding.

The staff is very friendly and anxious to please. They did a thorough job of trimming and were meticulous with the cleanup.

It is refreshing to find a company that still offers great customer service. I have a gigantic, overgrown ficus tree that had branches hovering over the neighbor's chimney. Personalized Tree Service was able to squeeze me into their busy schedule, but they did not rush through it. They did an absolutely fabulous job. The tree looks great, trimmed to perfection, and they picked up every last leaf that fell off of it. The courtyard is cleaner than when they arrived. They responded to my calls and texts very promptly, were fast, efficient, and priced very reasonably. I highly recommend this company.

Would have preferred if they had tried harder to reach me when they did the work a day early. However the work and price was very good.
