WOW!!! This company can sell hair to a bald man! I deal with Lior the field supervisor great sells man. He told us they were so wonderful and how we would love the finished job. 1. Lior gave us a price of 45,000,00 for the entire job. 2. Once the job started all was good, the plan to take down a wall stop the original plan. The wall that we wanted to take down was load bearing wall. We were okay with that not happening. 3. We were told by Lior that it would be an extra 2,100 for two extra cabinets and the counter top behind this wall (what part of entire job was I not understanding?) 4. Moving forward after the cabinet were hung I noticed they were not centered, they got fixed, but the workmanship was not good.(boxed cabinets) I was told to buy all the kitchen appliances. I got the gas range counter top double built in oven and built in microwave oven. 5. After all that I was told that the microwave oven was not on the plans. So they placed a small microwave cabinet shelf (not what we talked about) Lior showed up to schmooze us over, but first and foremost get the money! 6. I started noticing that the work crew was not the same as the ones that started. My job had three crews while the job was being done. The first Crew removed the old kitchen and ran the electrical wiring. Several weeks later another crew came to finish the work of the first crew. The next few weeks a third Crew came in to finish the electrical hook up. I watched and heard them having trouble finding the wires and cutting wires. The first day they left the new kitchen light worked, but the dinning room lights would not work. I call Lior, and he had the same crew come back to fix it. 7. I asked Lior what formal education or certification these crew had on installing electrical wiring. I never got an answer. The next day they sent to guys who told me they were there to run a diagnosis on the electrical in the kitchen. After they completed their diagnosis, I asked what was wrong? They said that some of the wire was not the right gauge and that they had too many outlet on one line which could trip the breaker. They said they were going to advise their boss. I asked Lior for a written report which I never received. He said he was going to send another electrician come. I told him NO I was getting an independent one now. The cost estimate to repair the electrical would be over 3,300.00. I found cardboard in the light junction boxes??? 8, While using the countertop (gas) my daughter smelled gas. We found the fitting was not secured tightly and gas had been leaking for weeks. Now I in fer the rest of this gas line which runs in the attic pipe may also be leaking because of the poor workmanship. I need to have a certified person come check now, unknown cost now?? 9. The next thing I noticed while cleaning the gas range when I lifted the grill up to clean was the range was not centered and one of the grills hit the cabinets while the other lifted up without obstruction. 10. The quartz countertop was poorly installed lots of noticeable patchwork , some of the doors on the cabinets were loose. 11. This company cuts corners the line their pockets and hires the cheapest labor and no certifications on their workers other than they have done this type of work else were. These workers work under the license of Hi-Tech builts again no formal training or record of such. 12. PLEASE think before using this company!!! They can talk but the work is not as special as they claim. Scams, upsells and it was not in the contract, BEWARE! If you would like to see the proof I will let you come see it for yourself

We want to thank Hi Tech Builders for all the hard work that they did at our house AND while we were out of the house while the work took place. Lior met with us several times before the work started, and he handled the project like it was his house... he made sure that the teams will arrive to work each day and that the daily and weekly tasks will be completed while he inspects them personally. More than that he always informed us with all the details, pictures and videos about the work progress. We highly recommend Hi Tech Builders for any home remodeling project!!!!

Hi Tech Builders just completed a large remodeling project at our house that included the complete remodeling of: combining two bathrooms into one large master bathroom, remodeling the master bedroom, kitchen and the common areas of the house. Their large help in the design, plans, the materials selections and the work schedule during the construction timeframe was right-on and was performed by very skilled, caring, professionals and capable staff, including the few subcontractors that joined the work for unique tasks. We are so happy with all the work that was done at our house and we highly recommend Hi Tech Builders and we will use them again without any doubts.

We hired Hi Tech Builders for our Kitchen remodeling, demolition and haul away all the existing cabinets, counter tops, floors and appliances. On top of that, we upgraded the electrical panel and added more amps, installed GFI outlets where needed, installed marble counter top, porcelain tile, backsplash and new tile floor in kitchen. David also recommended to us to relocate the gas lines and the refrigerator water line. He built and installed custom cabinets with matching drawersâ fronts. We replaced all the kitchen appliances, faucet, garbage disposal, Installed handles for cabinets. Paint kitchen, bedroom and dining room walls including the ceilings. We selected Hi Tech Builders from the other home improvement companies that we met and spoke with. Kristina, from the main office was very nice and supportive, she replied to all of our questions. David was very pleasant and truly knew what he was talking about...We wanted to do a complete kitchen remodeling and we wanted to take down some walls in order to make a large open space. David provided us with few options that at the endâ ¦ worked our very well with our budget. After hiring David and his crew, we scheduled the starting date for the work and they started on time and the remodeling job was ended after 6 weeks, as David promised. During the remodeling project we got each day an update from Kristina. She updated us on a daily basis regarding the remodeling progress. His crew was very skilled, highly professionals, respectful and left the house at the end of each day as clean as construction site could be. We have a beautiful kitchen and house! We are very happy with the results.

We searched for a company that can executed our remodeling project and we contacted Hi Tech Builders. After talking to them we met with May at our house and we spoke about our master bathroom and guest bathroom remodeling project. May was our supervisor and she was very pleasant, experienced and skilled. May and her working crew and sub-contractors did a wonderful job. The bathrooms looks stunning and much better than we imagined them. They were finished on time and the workmanship was no less than a top notch. We definitely recommend Hi Tech Builders to our family and friends.

The Hi Tech Builders crew and project manager were expert and detailed from the beginning, with Mayâ s involvement in each stage of the remodeling for our new kitchen and complete replacement of all the floors around the house. They all were very professional to design and show us a draft of how the entire remodeling project will look like and how it merge with the rest of the house. The office spoke with us each day about the progress and if any issue came up and how they will solve it. The estimate was at the price range that we set and the quality with was beyond our expectations. May made sure to stay on the schedule even with all the issues that came up during the work and unexpected changes due to some water damage. We love the new kitchen very much. Itâ s still hard to believe the big change our house got, but the functionality of it is perfect, and the beauty and quality is the best we could get. We definitely recommend Hi Tech Builders! They are worth to hire.

Lior totally remodeled our whole home, by redesigning it and make it as new based on our needs and wishes. Hi Tech Builders transformed our home, which had never been remodeled, into a traditional home automated house, while being careful to bring what we want and need. This resulted in home with a large open floorplan, state of the art kitchen and bathrooms and more... but also has the original baseboards, guest bathtub, and gorgeous hardwood flooring, and few other things. Our home turned out to be a stunning mix of new and existing items and while we moved to the home right after the remodeling was finished, we didnâ t need to change anything. Lior know exactly what is good or bad and he never left unfinished ends for us to clean up. We highly recommend Hi Tech Builders to anyone who want a great contractor with high integrity that is detailed, honest and communicative, Lior is the perfect person for that.

A friend referred David to us with excellent referral for our complete home renovation. David did deliver our remodeling product as we imagined, on time and as mainly within the budget. We didnâ t have many ideas for each part of the remodeling project, but we know in general what we want to get. David and his excellent and professional team of people did a wonderful remodeling job that was based on a clear understanding of our life style and use and he was able to offer many great suggestions for the renovation that actually working very well for us. David made sure to understand us in general and our ideas and talked them through with us if he thought they wonâ t work. During the work, we were always able to come to a decision, accepting some of his ideas and/or tweaking or rejecting other ones. He made us feel like part of a design team. We do recommend David and all of the people at his team to our friends.

David and the team of workers including several sub-contractors from Hi Tech Builders recently finished a remodeling project for us at our house. The out coming of the work is just gorgeous. I truly recommend using Hi Tech Builders, they are very skilled and hardworking people. The new kitchen is a wonderful addition to our home and it became one of the main spots at the house where we spend more and more family time. It was not easy for us to find the right contractor for us specially when we know and heard about bad stories where contractors never finished the project OR took money and left, but after seeing David high level of contracting expertise the choice of hiring them was easy. We appreciate the hardworking and the honesty that we experienced in our remodeling!

This was a complete demolition and rebuild of our kitchen and master Bathroom. The new design plan that ended up with the final construction was the longest part of the work but the cooperation between us and David was the main key for the success of the project which we love most. We shared with David all of our ideas and visions that were basically different from the existing spaces, floor plans and cabinet structure. After we select the new style and finishes, the remodeling work began. We know that we never would have pass this part if not for the excellent design and tremendous help from David and his people. David have a very professional eye for things that go perfectly together and for things that just can not be done! He saved us from so many mistakes and disasters. Our home came out gorgeous and we got so many compliments from friends and family.
