My 5x8 bathroom remodel performed by Hi Tech Builders looks very good. The project consisted of getting rid of a corner shower, and putting in a full-size shower with a bench seat and a swinging frame-less shower door, tiling the wall and floor, installing a new vanity, medicine cabinet, and wall- mounted towel cabinet, as well as moving the toilet location. The final result is beautiful. After gutting the bathroom, the inspector squawked about notches in the studs from a previous owner remodel in a load-bearing wall. Hi Tech reinforced the studs at no additional cost. The project took a couple of days longer than estimated on the contract, but I am very happy with the final result. That said, there were problems which were eventually resolved, but which I felt so strongly about that I added them to the completion report as follows: I am satisfied with the finished product, but I am not 100% satisfied with the way the work progressed. 1) Pluming errors which required rework: a) One port of rough-in valve was still unconnected behind the cement board. This was discovered after tile work was underway. b) Recessed shower connections required me buying plumbing extensions. c) Loose shower connections after tiling required opening up wall in another bathroom to fix problems. d) Plumber broke handheld shower mounting bracket, requiring me to purchase another one. e) Vanity drain was moved to wrong position, requiring redo. 2) Wider shower door required me purchasing a shower arm to raise the shower head above the door to allow the door to open inward. 3) Exhaust vent installation error which resulted in rain leak required rework. 4) Many scheduled working days that no one showed up. Many days that worker(s) were here only for an hour or two. Job took twice as long as verbally stated (but only 4 days more than stated in the contract). 5) Unsafe medicine cabinet installation by 3 installers had to be redone by one installer who was very good at his job and secured it with 100% satisfaction.

We hired recently Hi-Tech Builders for our large scale remodeling project that included the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, fireplace, living room, and master bedroom remodel. Part of the remodeling project included the removal of a wall, adding a beam, replace all the electrical wires, re-plumping, replacement of the existing interior doors and few other tasks. Our experience with Hi-Tech Builders and with Lior was excellent all the way from the beginning to the end because they were very skilled, truthful and detailed oriented. Lior listened and understood all the details that we wanted and he was able to bring an entire layout that is gorgeous and stunning. We really love this whole remodeling project and mainly all the finished items! We strongly recommend Hi-Tech Builders!

We felt so lucky to find and hire Hi-Tech Builders when decided to remodel our kitchen. We were very pleased with how May and her employees handled the remodeling from start to finish while focusing on perfection and details. Hi-Tech Builders has really good quality vendors and we went to them to select all the materials for the kitchen which helped us dramatically to get everything we needed and May went with us to pick the style and the color of our new kitchen. May came over to the house numerous time to measure and finalize the styles, colors, and type of cabinets including the rest of the things such as the paint and hardware. The work that they did came out beautiful! The new cabinets were installed and they included all the crown molding, show bases and handles. All work was done in a timely manner with the highest quality. We really liked how the process was organized and well thought when it was time to install the kitchen. In addition to that, we asked May for some additional details that we realized would be nice to have while they were not a part of the project, and May gladly added those, so the kitchen came out just perfect! We really really love our new kitchen, thanks to May and her team!

We recently had Hi-Tech Builders for the remodeling of our bathrooms at our house (3 in total) and part of the kitchen. Lior was wonderful, very professional and expert in his industry. He kept providing many ideas and suggestions that were based on our vision that he got during the meetings we had. We could not be more stunned and happier from the results of his work! It completely shows and proves that he knew exactly what we wanted and needed for our house. We must admit that during the work, Lior made sure to keep an open communication channel with us, always responded fast to our questions. If we will ever have additional remodeling projects in the future, we will hire him again.

I hired Hi-Tech Builders after I interviewed several companies that I thought can remodel my kitchen. David who was assigned to my remodeling project by the company came over, checked the existing kitchen and came up with a great design that maximized the space and implemented all the functionality and features that I wanted to have. more than that, he was able to work around my budget and he made sure that nothing will cause the budget to increase. During the work, they had few changes that they needed to do and David made all of them without any modification of the agreement. I am very happy with all the work and service that I got from them and I highly recommend them to anyone else who is interesting in a remodeling project.

Lior was the perfect contractor and person to hire and work with for our remodeling project at our house. Lior knew perfectly how to listen to what we want and to guide us through the progress of the design and execution of the project while coordinating with the entire people at his team on the job site. He took the time to meet with us and to give his ideas to improve the project so it will be no less than perfect. Our kitchen project was managed personally by him and he made sure to inform us about any changes that made it better. On top of that, he did not add any hidden charges to the final invoice and all the issues that came up during the work were handled by the team in a very professional way. Now that our kitchen project is finished, we are very happy to come back home at the end of each day and to seat and enjoy our family quality time. Highly recommended company to work with.

My experience with Hi-Tech Builders was more than excellent. Our project manager Lior was professional, honest, full of ideas and a person that can be trusted. We will definitely hire Hi-Tech Builders in the future for any additional remodeling projects. We have no complaints for any of the staff that was involved in our project. They all did a wonderful job learning our needs, requests, and budget. During the work process, all of our concerns were addressed professionally.

Our review is for the Kitchen remodeling project that included the replacement of all the hardwood floors and new installation of all the ceiling lights at the house. Lior and his team at Hi-Tech Builders were very fast, honest and professional during the whole remodeling project. We really love the results of the work and the high quality of all the materials that were used in the work. Highly recommend the company for anyone who is interesting in a home remodeling project!

Hi-Tech Builders did a great job by remodeling two bathrooms (master bathroom and our kid's bathroom) and the kitchen at our house. May took the time on several meetings to understand what I want and how to maximize the project. She also went with us to several vendors including Lowes and stone suppliers to help us through the selection of the materials and to make sure we feel great about the remodeling project. She even made all the changes we wanted and all of that in order to make us happier and pleased. That type of behavior is pretty rare to find these days and we feel lucky that we were able to have them at our house. We are very happy and would work with Hi-Tech Builders again.

Before I started with the remodeling project, I met and talked to several home improvement companies about my remodeling that included my bathroom and the kitchen. When I met Lior from Hi-Tech Builders, I was very impressed with the first click that we had and from the knowledge they carried. From the early stage of the work, I felt very confident that I did hire the perfect team for it and I felt secure with Lior and the guys being in my house when I was not there. Lior was in contact with me very often during the work and provided me with reports of schedules, progress etc., so I always knew what is going on or what will happen the following day/week. I am very pleased with the high quality of the final remodeling and I know that for any issue that I may haveâ ¦ Lior will be there to solve it. Most importantly... I love my new bathroom and kitchen!!
