Hi-Tech gave me a fair quote and their work met all of my expectations. Our home was built in 1980 and the home builder created soffits in the kitchen ceiling to cover plumbing that went to our master bathroom, which was directly above it. Having a lower ceiling in the kitchen bothered me. Hi-Tech raised the ceiling, worked with city inspectors on getting sign off for city permits, moved plumbing, moving the sink from a corner to facing outside, added new windows, new cabinets, quartz counter tops, marble back splash, added tile where necessary, added new windows, new sink, led lights (ceiling) and led lighting below the cabinets. They gave me a fair pricing and I was thrilled with the quality of work. They went the extra mile by putting in windows that allows one of the window pains to be opened in multiple ways allowing me to clean the window from both sides. The windows have a security lock, which allows me to open the window several inches and be assured that no one can open it any wider. I was so happy with their work that I had them do the Master Bathroom too and would hire them again.

We completely gutted out our bathroom and remodeled everything in it. We had gotten a TON of estimates before Hi-tech came over. We decided on them because David was knowledgeable and they included our materials into the cost. Other companies gave us the same price, same info, but they didn't tell us they were not including things like the toilet, the shower, and the vanity. Hi-tech proved to be very trustworthy and professional . We got a call every day telling us who was coming and what they were working on. They did an outstanding job. Our new bathroom is beautiful and very well built. We would hire them again. Highly recommend!

"We had been considering remodeling our small, outdated (U-G-L-Y) kitchen and guest bath for a few years now. But we just weren't sure what we wanted or who to turn to. After having saved what some would consider a small amount of money, we decided to see how far our budget would stretch for the kitchen. Not knowing where to start the search for a reptuable contractor, HomeAdvisor.com provided several vendors to consider and Hi-TechBuilders.Inc was one, so I did my research. What really swayed me was their ratings--I've never seen customer satsifaction ratings so high for ANY business. I called for a quote and they were right in the middle of two other vendors I was considering. It was because of our rep, Roy, that we decided to go with Hi-Tech. We're so glad we did! Not only did we get the kitchen done within our budget, but we were able to afford the small guest bathroom as well. AND they both look high-end because they ARE high-end! We got finishes, fixtures, and features we never imaged we could afford. AND they remodeled BOTH the kitchen and bath all within 3 weeks JUST DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS! I cannot say enough about the staff and the quality workmanship. Roy guided the project, Kristina kept us informed, and Joseph was on-site to make sure everything was going as planned. The workers cleaned-up well after each day and, with the exception of all the dust that just can't be helped, you would never know they had been there. The crew was hard working and trust worthy if we had to leave the house for a Home Depot run. You can't say that about everybody. To say that we are delighted is an understatement. We are AMAZED. And, ladies get this: even my husband will sometimes just stand and look at the kitchen and say how beautiful it is. And, he'll tell me he's really glad I insisted we do the bathroom. (That really makes all the begging and pleading to get it done at the same time worthwhile!) If you're considering working with Hi-TechBuilders, Inc., I have three words for you: JUST DO IT! It will be the BEST experience you'll ever have with a contractor. As soon as we replenish our account, we're calling them back to paint the house and do the upstairs bathrooms."

This company did a great job on my patio remodel. I wish I could share the pictures because it looks absolutely stunning. We live in the Hollywood Hills and the patio we had prior to the remodel was mediocre and we were making up for it with higher-end patio furniture to enjoy our outdoor space. We enjoy it a lot more now with the upgrades, and we love to entertain our friends outside, so the remodel was somewhat necessary. We went from wood to stamped concrete, and the railing around was wood as well, which is now a gorgeous glass that allows us our ENTIRE view from any angle. It's truly amazing now. The team was very sweet, and David the owner was great in assisting us with the design. They were very considerate of our budget and time. I never review companies, but they did a superb job from start to finish so I felt this was earned.

I just wanted to make a review for this company because I am very happy with the entire process of this project. We got the blue prints squared away with all of the dimensions and layout details, and they gave us 3D renders of what it was going to look like in the end, which was really neat. The quality of that new addition is high end and we got exactly what we paid for.

We just remodeled our master bathroom, downstairs guest bathroom, and our son's bathroom. They were all pretty outdated, and since we remodeled some of our home a few years back, the bathrooms didn't match the rest of our home. We were initially going to do the remodel ourselves. In fact, we started our master bathroom, and had bought some materials from Home Depot. Fast-forward a few months later to a destroyed master bathroom and 2 busy parents working full-time. We needed professional help BIG TIME. This company did a great job. They were able to use the materials we purchased, which helped a lot in our pricing. They finished our flooring in all bathrooms, placed new light fixtures, remodeled 2 showers, one bathtub in our master, and new vanities in each bathroom. The paint jobs look nice and clean, and the color they recommended is perfect. Nice people and quality work.

David came out to give us an estimate, and we initially thought the quote was pretty high in price. We had a few other contractors come to take a look at the same projects, and their cost was lower. HOWEVER, these other companies, Treeium and a few others, did NOT tell me that they were not including key elements of my project within their estimate. I was shocked to learn that Hi-Tech's quote was actually lower in the end. I started the project with Hi-Tech, and they did a fantastic job! They remodeled all 3 of our bathrooms, completely remodeled our kitchen with custom cabinets, self-close drawers, new appliances, flooring, lighting, everything. Our major project was a room addition to our home. We were really impressed by how often David and his project manager, Joseph were on site managing the project. We were kept up to date and I really felt like we didn't have to micro-manage anything. I had read their reviews before going with them, and I do have to say that we had no problems with their craftsmanship. Absolutely everything is leveled and done very professionally. It's been 2 months since they finished and we are extremely happy we went with David and Hi-Tech builders inc. Thank you. From the blue prints all the way to the finished product, communication was impeccable!

I recently moved into a new place from Florida to California and to be honest, the house was "okay." Since it's my first home, I wanted to make it my own and I decided to hire Hi-Tech Builders, Inc. to remodel the master bathroom and add a front porch. WOW- it looks like a completely different house- IN A GOOD way! I opted for the financing which helped with the process. My house was a disaster during the remodeling but the workers were very respectful! Happy to now relax and enjoy the beautiful remodeling and addition to my new house! I would recommend Hi-Tech Builders, Inc to any of my friends!
