I had a storage room thatâ s quite okay in size and isnâ t frequently used, I needed to convert it to a room to make more rooms for the family. I needed the job done in due time and I contacted Hi-tech builders then we scheduled a meeting; they came at the appointed time to inspect and after finalizing the whole remodeling budget they started with a group of professionals I must say. Watching them go from breaking to building neatly really drew my attention, they did it perfectly well. Hi-tech builders are professionals. I will rehire!

I visited my parents after several months and it just struck me the bathroom has never been remodeled. I had to contact a friend for a remodeling company and he recommended Hi-tech builders. I had them met with my Dad while I visited a close friend and I sorted out the payment and I came several days later. I met Dave and Leo and they ran me through the progress and showed accounts for every cost. Days later they finished the remodeling and it was awesome and very clean, Hi-tech are professionals!

Hi-Tech Builders Inc transformed our kitchen and bathrooms. It looks amazing! Exactly the kind of results we were looking for. We made some structural changes to the bathrooms to increase the space and comfort. It paid off in a big way, we can now replace the tubs with something more on our radar. The craftsmanship of their work is great and so clean will hire Hi-Tech Builders again. They were so good. With a great work ethic and a great set of staff. We want to thank, Dave, Leo, and May for their efforts.

We received bids from two companies. When May, our project manager, was here going over our desires for the bath remodel, we knew right then and there that we would hire her (we didn't let HER know that). She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, patient, thorough, detailed and a pleasure to deal with. The remodel was delivered as promised! The bid included everything except those items we provided (vanity, tile, sinks and faucets). At the end of each day, they informed us who would be working the next day, when and what they'd be doing. All workers and May were respectful of our wishes to have all wear masks. But no project is 100% perfect! There were corrections that were needed, and they were done promptly and without additional cost. It did take a little longer than we anticipated, but there were reasons on both sides for that. We are so happy with our bathroom and would hire May/Hi-Tech Builders again in a heartbeat.

The workers were friendly people to work with. The company was professional.

The workers were very professional and patient with me. They cleaned up as they worked. All touch-up work was done in a timely matter, The Project Managers, May and Kristina , were awesome. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Builders for all of your remodeling needs.

David and his employees are incredibly helpful and communicative. As with any construction project there is a certain amount of fear that you've hired the right person and that they are honest. There is absolutely nothing to worry about with Hi-Tech as they are incredibly upright and honest following through with all their commitments and making sure that we were very satisfied with every detail. It was an absolute pleasure.

Recently hired Hi-Tech Builders for a simple bathroom remodel. A great experience and enthusiastically recommend them! We knew what we wanted, did our homework, and spoke with a number of contractors before meeting and hiring May. She and her team were great, professional, and good with communication from start to finish. Over the years, having done a few projects with different contractorsâ ¦ itâ s always a complicated process - coordinating between many different tasks/vendors, and one choice can have a ripple effect on others down the line. Hi-Tech understood what we wanted, made suggestions when appropriate, and got ahead of our questions. We are really happy with our new bathroom, would def hire again.

We hired Hi-Tech Builders to convert our detached garage to an ADU. From the initial meeting to the final inspection, the whole Hi-Tech team was professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. They worked very hard and efficiently, which was really important for us as we wanted to stay on time and under budget. Most importantly, they listened to our questions and took care to implement exactly what we wanted from start to finish. Karen and the rest of the office team were super-communicative and made sure we were always aware of the next day's schedule, which helped us with planning. Our foreman, Hector, was just the nicest guy and he made to address all of our concerns promptly and with professionalism. Before we decided to do the ADU conversion, my wife and I were a little hesitant with undertaking such a large project on our property. But now that it is done, we are so happy that we made the call to Hi-Tech and now we have a beautiful space for our kids to hang out during quarantine and for our guests to stay comfortably. I would highly recommend Hi-Tech for any renovation or conversion project.

We hired Hi-Tech Builders to help us remodel our bathroom and it was amazing. This was our first remodeling and they were very communicative and upfront with the process and costs which was very reassuring. We reached out to other companies but found Hi-Tech Builders to be the most personal and helpful with their suggestions. We started the remodel right before the COVID-19 outbreak which made finishing the job difficult, but they went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn't be left without a functional bathroom. They were very committed to helping us and we will definitely use them again.
