We are extremely happy with the addition that we did and remodeling project of the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms that was done by Hi Tech Builders did for our home. We added a large master bedroom and a master bathroom that included shower and tub among all the other features that need to be in a master bathroom and converting our original master bedroom into two kidâ s bedrooms, In addition to that, we did a full kitchen remodel, and added a large deck in the back yard. During the entire project, Hi Tech Builders offered professional services and advises. They were pretty honest, unlike many another contractor that all they know is to lie and add your things that you donâ t need so they can make more money into their pocket. Hi Tech Builders gave us an honest quote from start and he stayed behind that quote till the end of the remodeling, guided us throughout the entire process, and followed through with all of their obligations and responsibilities. Throughout the process, Hi Tech Builders staff were professional and friendly. David takes a huge pride in his company, and ensures that his customers are treated right and above. Itâ s hard and almost impossible to find this degree of professionalism very often.

We canâ t be more satisfied with our experience with Hi Tech Builders. We hire them to do a complicated large addition at our house. This was the first time for us that we did such a large remodeling job and May was an expert, easygoing and very creative during the whole remodeling project. May never pushed us, was available when we contacted her, patient and supportive as we select and purchased a lot of materials. Here are few reasons why we are very happy with our decision to hire them: - We lived at the house during the remodeling project and May kept the some portion of the house intact with no disturbance for any of the services (water, laundry, etc.) - She was easy to be reached, talk to and work with. - The completed remodeling project is stunning, better than the way we imagined. - We highly recommend Hi Tech Builders to others â May is very skilled and knows his stuff. We look forward to working with May again the next time we have a project and we will not hire no one else

David converted the loft at our house into a full bedroom with a full bathroom at our house including the replacement of our patio door and few other remodeling projects. His team of people delivered top notch workmanship. Everyone worked each day and David did a great supervision work handling all the people at the house. The main and most important thing was to match the exterior wall texture and paint and David was able to do that perfectly. The office staff was able to handle all the permits and all the invoicing including the deliveries of all the materials. David also managed all the HOA approval procedures and he made this remodeling project as easy as possible for us.

Hiring Hi-Tech Builders Inc was the worst mistake of our lives. Our more recent experience reveals that they have a history of responding to these reviews with comments such as **We have no record of ever doing business with this customer** , however, you can trust that I have a stack of invoices and cancelled checks to prove that Hi-Tech Builders Inc, on Balboa Blvd, in Encino, CA was indeed the contractor that was mistakenly hired to re-model our home. David Lachyani, the owner, and his field **supervisor** Moses, treated us like second class citizens. They actually yelled at us and called us liars repetitively. Both of them lied to us throughout the entire project, and claimed not to have said many things that both of us clearly heard them say. Finally, I started recording our conversations with them. The project was quoted at 2 months originally, the contract allowed them a max of 3 months, but in reality, it took them 7-8 months and still never finished the project, but enough was done that we could kick them out of our home, never wanting to see them again. What a nightmare! Hi-Tech provided nearly no supervision of their work crews. They told us that we did not need to talk to their crews, and should not, however, with no supervision from Hi-Tech, we were all that their crews had to guide their work. Their crews often showed up in the morning, asking us what they should do that day. Their crews did a horrible job on practically everything. Their **Custom Kitchen Cabinet Maker** was an absolute joke. They never finished the kitchen cabinets. We just got tired of hounding them every day with lists and yellow stickers. Doors and drawers still do not fit properly, they do not line up properly, many of the door and drawer closers still do not work properly, door bumpers are sliding all over the kitchen, etc. What was built did not match the design that was presented to us for approval. The tile shower was not properly constructed. Its poorly sloped. Water leaks onto the floor outside of the shower door. Tile cuts are jagged. Shower head and valve are not in alignment with each other. I could go on and on. Their painters were the worst ever. I had to put hundreds of yellow stickers on the walls, kitchen cabinets, etc., in order to bring their attention to the most obvious of the flaws in their painting skills. Instead of removing hardware and painting under it, as I requested, they painted around hardware, making a mess of things. They refused to properly cover the new floor, as we requested and as they agreed to do, however, it was a fight to the death just to get them to lay down inadequate paper runners, and then still only occasionally. As a result, they did indeed scratch the floor, then argued about replacing it, but finally relented and did so. I could go on, but I think you get the jest. David will probably respond to this review, but I guarantee that this is 100% truthful and factual. You can decide for yourself whether to choose to believe him or not.

Weâ ve used Hi Tech Builders to gut our old kitchen and to build a guestroom over our garage. We are very happy with during the whole remodeling project. The new kitchen was completed very fast (relatively speaking), with no problem of any kind and it was remodeled exactly as we vision it and with no hidden charges. The guestroom took a little longer, but mainly because the city inspectors delays. Due to our satisfaction with them, we already passed their number to several people and friends.

Hi Tech Builders, a truly team of skilled professionalsâ people, recently finished our kitchen remodeling. The involved people at the team were thoughtful and very knowledgeable. Lior, our project manager, optimistically and professionally managed each and every task of the work. We are very pleased with his originality and the worth of their work including the entire team which started with the company designer. Ignoring of how long the work took each day, Lior and his team worked until we were totally pleased. We look forward to starting our next remodeling project with them (which will be our master bathroom remodeling). Hi Tech Builders earned our highest recommendation!

I love my bathroom. They did a great job on, but it did take longer than I had wanted.

We recently hired Hi Tech Builders for a few projects at the house. The remodeling project was including: - Adding a balcony Door and window from the bedroom to the patio/backyard, - Full complete bathroom remodeling. - New fireplace and mantel installation. - Re-tiling the entryway and the kitchen with dining area. David and the workers definitely won our business after meeting us at the house and worked around our budget and they delivered exactly the results that we were hoping to get from them. David was very professional and knowledgably throughout the whole time of the remodeling and any issue that we had with anything; David was able correct it. He was also extremely helpful by explaining us how things would look after we had trouble visualizing few things, like the pattern of the tile. What really put them over the top in our book was that 3 weeks afterâ ¦ the remodeling was done. David called up to follow up (after the work was completed) and ask if everything was still to our satisfaction. I have noticed a few small gaps in the grout on the flashing around the shower but it never really bothered me too much. But since he called, I mentioned this to him, and he sent one of his guys over to take care of it. David's worker also installed a new water regulator in the shower after the water pressure was too high after using it for a month. We are pleased with everything and would recommend to friends and would use them on future projects. I have attached before and after photos of the fireplace and bathroom jobs, the work speaks for itself.

We hired Hi-Tech Builders to completely remodeling our kitchen. We spent many hours planning the design and maximizing the space of the new kitchen so it will fit our needs ahead so that the actual remodeling part will go easily. Lior was very easygoing and open minded from the design stage and he helped us solve several problems that we had. We are very satisfied with the completed kitchen. The construction crews were polite and prompt on top of being very detail oriented. Our new kitchen is fantastic! Hi-Tech Builders did a great job!

The skills, care, time, way of working, ability to solve problems as they raise and the overall attention to all the details during the remodeling project was appreciated! The final results of our kitchen and bathroom remodeling project was much more than we thought we can get and have!
