The quality was t notch. They called every day to keep me informed of work that scheduled. Our bathroom is now beautiful. The wife is happy so everyone is happy.

The job took 2 times as long as quoted, Once the contract was signed poor communication from that point on, they damaged other parts of the house when they were doing the work in other rooms, and they damaged bedroom furniture. The bathroom look good afterwards, but it was an experience I never want to go through again with them.

I would highly recommend Hi Tech Builders to anyone who is renovating or remodeling their home. Even after finding issues with bad wiring they were only a couple days past the timeline they gave me for the project. Any bumps along the way were handled quickly and professionally. My home is like new and I love it. And thanks to the office staff for giving me daily email updates. They were marvelous. Thanks to everyone at Hi Tech Builders for being such a great company to work with.

We were very pleased with Hi-Tech Builders because they were very responsible and responsive during the entire project. It was completed pretty much on schedule and within budget. David, the owner is always available and has a lot of experience so problems are solved quickly. We are very happy with the results and have received many compliments on the remodel. With Hi-Tech you will have professionals who really care that you are satisfied with the results. I would definitely use them again.

We worked with David at High Tech Builders and we could not be more pleased with our experience. David is very professional and knowledgeable and the quality of work was top-notch. They have a full office staff and everyone there was very kind and helpful. They send daily email updates with a recap of the work performed and the names and time-of-arrival for each worker the following day. If anything needed to be done, a simple phone call or email was enough and they took care of it. We could not be happier with the experience and we would highly recommend them!

A good value for the cost!

The process was very smooth, all promises kept, helped me stay on budget and work was finished earlier than promised. David, Davir and Christina were a well coordinated team. They kept all work and workers moving. As far as their subs, they were great.. The quality of the work was exceptional. They were very creative in working around several issues that needed to be resolved before moving forward. For instance, Antonio restructured the window frame in order to accommodate a high profile faucet in the kitchen. Additionally, he traveled to 5 Home Depots just to gather enough material to start and complete the backsplash. Daniel, did quite a bit of touch up painting but did it as an artist would. To give you some idea of their commitment to meet a customer satisfaction, several trucks leaked oil on my pavers in the driveway. At the end of the job, David had paver contractors replace all of the soiled pavers. Additionally, without my knowledge, the glass installers for the shower came to do additional work when I thought the job was completed. What I didn't know was that David was not satisfied with the work and called them back to make good on what he had expected. These are examples of the level of this company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
