I honestly could NOT have asked for better communication and that is the key. The actual contractor service was excellent however the communication was not to be believed. There were ZERO misunderstandings and they communicated with me each evening to let me know where they left off and what the intentions for the next day were. I received phone calls as well as electronic communications. Hi-Tech Builders showed me that they truly cared about my satisfaction. I highly suggest you contact them, they turned a bad situation into a good experience and excellent result!

Owner said less than 3 weeks for job; took 7 weeks; get a permit as many delays were for not meeting the inspector's demands and code requirements; did not protect my computer equipment-even when told the workers generally ignored my concerns about sealing off the room with the equipment; owner would not return my calls (customer service people kept telling me he was on vacation); their people insisted the toilet was double flush as promised- plumber told me it wasn't-they did replace it. I expect to have computer equipment failures due to huge amount of dust. The finished product looks good.

If I could I would have rated them as a zero. This is the worse experience of my life. I would never recommended them to anyone. They are extremely disorganized, late on their projects and hire workers who do really know what they are doing.

Had my patio floor tiled and resurfaced. Hi-Tech Subcontractor Omar Garduno did an outstanding job on sloping, leveling, & tiling the old badly layed cement patio. Omar also did my shower tiling, which was equally beautiful. I would not use their tile store again though. Kristina & Matan both provided excellent customer service.

Hi-Tech Builders did an awesome job on my kitchen remodeling. It did an excellent job beyond my expectations. I had new counters installed and new lighting installed with painting. I was informed daily of the events of each day. They were always just a call or email away with any concerns that I might have had about projects. The contractors were always timely in arrivals. Everyone was courteous and professional. They took the stress out of a remodeling project. I will surely hire again. They even finished before the scheduled time they gave me!

I'm very happy with the work that Hi-Tech Builders did to my house. The crew and people in the office are highly professional. David, the owner of the company work with us personally making sure that everything was running smoothly on the job site and documents as well. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I would like to share with all readers and potential clients how happy I am with all the work that was done on my kitchen, dining room and hallway by Hi-Tech Builders. The work was done professionally and in a timely fashion, plus all the crews that did the work were always on time plus their work was superior. I was very comfortable with them being in my home, and they were most polite and respectful. I can only say wonderful things about Hi-Tech Builders. The owner, David, was always ready and willing to answer any and all questions and has a very calming demeanor, especially since this was an insurance claim, he made this experience a very pleasant one. He runs his business like a finely-tuned orchestra. The projects coordinator, Bhey, stayed in touch everyday by telephone and emails with all updates for work to be done the next day. If there were bumps in the road, she was always there to take care of any issue. Celeste, our project manager, came to the house at every phase of each job to make sure I was happy and everything was done correctly. Our new kitchen floor is gorgeous...The new paint in our kitchen and dining room is exquisite...The new carpet in the hallway is fabulous. My husband and I have been working with Hi-Tech Builders for several months, and we could not be happier. On a technical side, the work that has been done has been superb and impressive; their staff is knowledgable, does quick and quality work and have been very attentive to our current and future safety. More than that, though, I have been impressed by the quality of service and customer care. From the beginning they were there to advise us, and several times they have gone to bat for us against the insurance company to ensure that we are getting what we really need from them. The Projects Coordinator we worked with called frequently to check in and make sure we were happy, and they’ve been very accommodating around our schedules and availability. All in all I can’t think of one thing that I would change about their service; they were absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend working with them.

I originally recommended this company, but they didn't follow through on their promises. I would not recommend this company. They over promise and under deliver.

I was pleased with the care and appreciation Mr. Lior Perez and Hi-Tech Builder's Inc., remolded our old house. Mr. Perez and crew made suggestions that helped me determine the best options to bring our dream to reality. I consider myself very fortunate to have found such a wonderful company to remodel our home. The first time I met Lior I noticed he mentioned the adjective AMAZING several times describing the possibilities of what he could do for us on this project. The project is almost complete and I am beginning to use the term AMAZING as well. Thanks Lior, Moises, and Hi-Tech Builder's for all your hard work and effort in making the project AMAZING!
