"My husband and I hired Aldo to paint our daughter and son in laws newly purchased 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in Newhall, Ca. This was a house warming gift for the kids as they are new home owners. We live in Arizona. Aldo was easy to talk to and easy to work with. Aldo and his crew started on time, did a fantastic job on the walls, ceilings, floor boards, doors, trim and the brick fireplace front. They textured the awful looking ceilings and even took some popcorn ceilings off in the closets and textured them as well. My daughter and son in law decided to have them paint the kitchen cabinets for an additional cost. Aldo even removed all the painted over kitchen cabinet hardware. He cleaned it up and reinstalled it all onto the newly painted cabinets. The kitchen cabinets and hardware look brand new. Every surface in the house looks great! Definitely would hire them again!"

"What a great experience to use Citywide. John give a reasonable bid. He wasn't too high and he was not the lowest but he explained clearly what he would do. We needed all of the trim, windows, doors, gutters painted around our house and had many areas that had dry rot. John's team showed up on time, did extra work where it was needed and finished the job early. In 4 days for a 2 story home with a detached garage. "A&J Custom Quality Painting painted my house in December, 2006. I am very pleased with their work. Alex, the contractor, listened to my requests and followed them. He came to my house often to inspect the work and told the painters what I wanted and what he wanted from them. He advised me on the color of the trim which I chose to use. I am happy with the colors. My house looks new! Alex was courteour to me as were his painters. The crew arrived on time evey day, worked diligently, and cleaned up every day. After I paid Alex for the work and at my request, he sent one of the painters to my house to do some touch ups."

"John and the entire CertaPro team were excellent. I haven't received such a high level of customer service in quite a while. His team removed the acoustic (popcorn) ceiling and painted it. I obtained two quotes for the job and decided to go with John because he explained the process thoroughly and his company is tech savvy. The painters, Fernando and Miguel, were very professional, on time and responsive to all of my questions/requests. They cleaned up at the end of each day as this was a very dusty project. "Alex introduced us to the CoolWall by Tex Cote system that we didn't know about. We decided to go ahead and have our exterior of house completed. Alex, Roger, Tito, and George were very professional in making sure every detail of the job was completed in a highly proficient manner. Tito patched the crack in our wall and we cannot even tell where the existing crack was located. We are very pleased with the results. Our house looks so beautiful with the new Cape Cod Blue trim and Pearl White walls. Now, we do not ever have to paint the exterior again. Our home will be much cooler in summer and warmer in winter, which will save us on gas and electric bills. We would highly recommend Home2Renovate to anyone."

"I thought George and his crew did an excellent job in painting the house. In the beginning he said it would take 3-4 days and it came in at three. He told me in detail how he does his painting jobs and what I needed to do to prepare. He began with a complete washdown of the house. Then all windows and non painted surfaces were completely masked. Places where the stucco was pealing and cracked were repaired. There were places where the wood parts of the house were damaged, and these were patched and repaired . Several times he walked me thru the site and showed me his progress. At the end of the job we walked the perimeter of the house, and George showed me what he did and answered any questions that I had. Cleanup afterwards was thorough. It was a really good job. I don't know if this review is expected to cover the roofing job that George also did for me, so I'm going to discuss that also. Because of the circumstances of this house, we decided to do a patching job of the roof rather than a complete whole new roof. George determined that there were four areas requiring patches including patches to the subroofing wood. He said it would take a day, which it did. The crew removed the faulty subroof wood and replaced it with new wood. He had already painted the wood, with paint from the prior house painting job. The wood then was covered with the standard roofing materials. The rim that was removed that wraps over the facial wood was replaced. In one area a piece of the facial board had to be replaced and repainted. The whole roof was then painted with a sealant that should extend the life of the roof for several years. All in all an excellent job."

"The painter went over just what I wanted for house and trim color. After the color was picked put sample of the color on the house to make sure I was happy with it. The painter was always available for any questions I may have had. Very polite, and respectful."

"We hired Robert and his team to help us replace and repair sections of our failing roof following the heavy LA rainy season. They performed flat roof repairs and silicone water proofing and replaced a section of the roof that was improperly installed by a prior contractor. From start to finish, the team was awesome. They were always on time, communicated clearly about the problems and possible solutions, and were honest about options and pricing. We had some complicated issues with an underlying structure in the roof, and they came over multiple times to help us properly locate the leak site. A+. Highly recommend.
