Hi-Tech Builders did a great job on my remodel. The project manager came over and looked at the house. She gave me a quote that included everything. Then I had a contract and a payment plan throughout the project. They were very responsive to my questions and requests. I love the results.

We are very happy with the outcome of our remodel. We started with a major bathroom remodel, bath- to-shower with a structural floor area addition over part of our two story entry, and then added bedroom/dining/living room/hallway lighting and smoothing/painting the whole house. Hi-Tech did a great job providing input to enhance our design ideas, looking for and finding more cost effective vendors than we were finding for new doors/glass enclosure/lighting, and making sure we were satisfied with the finish quality of the work. They are trustworthy and made us feel comfortable at each step, In particular we worked with David Bendavid as our PM and Rache B, in the office, both a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Hi-Tech to friends and family.

David and his team are excellent, professional, friendly and organized. Rachelle managed and coordinated the entire effort-all activities, inspections etc. Leo was my project manager, friendly and helpful. I am loving my bathroom. We gutted the entire room and redid everything including new insulation, pipes and dry wall. My bathroom was old and dark and is now light, bright and airy. I had custom glass shower doors, bathroom niche/box installed. Recessed lights and sconces. Everything is on a timer. I had them install a marble look tile on the floor in a herringbone patter, new custom door. It has become a beautiful room. My partner and I did a complete remodel of our home. We gutted everything from the landscape design, to the tiniest interior design. They communicated clearly at all times, and always kept each phase of the project open for interpretation, learning about our preferences constantly and passing everything by us. It was a very productive phase in our life and we love every bit of it.

David and his crew were the gentlemen that helped us with our room addition project. The updated one side of an unused room and attached a new dwelling unit to our home. The entire team was beautifully organized and prioritized their work effectively. They worked closely with us to secure permits, manage inspections, and handled all the additional work that comes with adding a new room like plumbing. We felt very comfortable and at peace knowing such professionals were working for us. They never failed to carry us along, and were always on time and forthcoming about any issue. This is probably my third time working with Dave for Hi-Tech and on all occasions, I have chosen Them based on how seriously they take this craft. You donâ t want to work with a contractor who loses all his convictions halfway in and completes a job shabbily. Something I have experienced clearly in the past which I chose not to repeat. I like how everything came out and how they got the colors right. I worked closely with the team and appreciate everyone within.
