The office team, Patricia, Kristina and Karen were always very responsive to my questions or concerns. Lior and Moses helped me get through the stressful parts of the construction, with a friendly smile every time -- day or night! You guys are simply the best!

I thought by looking around the Web was going to be a burden on looking for some help to improve my house. when I ran into Hi-Tech Builders, Inc. They related on what I wanted and what I need without me trying to explain. very friendly people and with great LOW prices. Hi-Tech Builders Inc. This company and field supervisor Joe, knowing the approved plans by the city were incorrect, went ahead and did the demo of removing a termite damage 21 feet beam. Plans were revised and 21 feet had to be replaced the second time. We were promised a 21 feet beam and they ended up cutting the beam without my approval. Workers were working on the second beam till nine at night in a partial dark work area, because of a power outage they caused and not having any knowledge how to turn on the circuit breaker on. This caused the crew workers to cut the jolts uneven and making the kitchen ceiling uneven. We were also promised a post removal for an open concept in the contract, didn't happen due to the plans were done incorrectly the first time. Three posts attached to the beam were framed incorrectly due to their crew working on the framing in the dark causing the posts and ceiling to be incorrect in measurements. Engineering wood floor wall removal section had to be done twice due to the company getting a carpenter worker that had no knowledge in that field, by using a regular hammer to fix the floors and the company wanting to pay less. Drywall had to be done twice due to incorrect measurements and making the posts look incorrect in measurements. Molding around the three posts had to be done twice due to posts bolded to beam were incorrectly not straight. As of today Hi-Tech Builders Inc. has not solved these problems. This company gave us terms and conditions for you to sign, so they can complete the issues you want them to correct without them charging you. It has taken this company four months to complete this project which should have been completed within two months. Hi-Tech Builders Inc. got crew workers from Home Depot with no license, out side subcontractors with and without license to work to make this project a mess. The ones that don't have license, Hi-Tech Builders Inc. gives them one of there t-shirts to put on showing their companies name and license number. Also, beware of their crew workers giving you a false name when you don't like something they do on the project and you ask them for their name. I was not satisfied with the incorrect drywall posts measurements causing the posts to look slanted, when I asked the crew worker for his name because he refused to correct the error, he gave me a false name, I also asked him for his ID and said he didn't have one and told me to have someone else correct it and left my home. David N. the owner of Hi-Tech Builders Inc then came to my home and asked me, what right do I have asking his employees for their name and ID. This company will want to charge you extra for the errors they have caused on the project contract unless you agree on their terms and conditions by not giving them bad reviews, taking them to court and not reporting them to The Contractors State License Board. For quite sometime, We have been planning to add a bathroom to our house.. We had several contractors gave us an estimate but none has presented themselves trustworthy. When we checked, some lied about the length in the business and even the validity of their license. Hi-Tech Builders, gave us an estimate a couple of days ago. Their CEO/ Owner himself David Lachyani, met with us and presented a really good estimate that worked around our budget without sacrificing so much on quality. He presented his and his business credibility well. He gave us the confidence we were looking for in a contractor. I can't wait to get our project started next week and rest assured we will update this review as soon as my bathroom is done.

David and Ben were a pleasure to work with. Both of them were very responsive and really cared about providing quality work and great customer service. We are very happy with our new kitchen.

I worked with Hi tech builders and they did a beautiful and professional job in the bathroom and very color coordinated. There were some issues and they were solved so that both parties were satisfied.
