Hi-Tech Builders were introduced to us from our Remediation company following a broken pipe and subsequent slab leak in our home. After the remediation step, Hi-Tech came and provided an estimate for restoration and reconstruction to return our home to the condition prior to the damage incident. We appreciated that they adhered to the estimate as agreed and with a few delays were able to complete the work. Most of the work involved patching and repairing walls that were opened for the restoration and repair work. All through the project they kept us in the communication loop, so we were aware of what was going on. We knew when the workers were coming and what they would be doing. The Communication was good so we were able to be sure we were able to provide the necessary access to our home when they needed to work on it. The workers were courteous and very conscientious. Overall, our experience with Hi-Tech was productive and pleasant, in light of the circumstances that brought us together.
