I selected Hi-Tech Builders to do the following services: 1) Installed pavers on my driveway, patio area, and doorsteps 2) remove my old block wall and build a new one (my yard is elevated from the street), 3) added two metal gates/doors on both sides of my house, 4) created concrete planter for my existing tree and added 3 new concrete planters, and 5) foundation retro-fit. To be honest, their quote came up a bit higher than other contractors, but I selected Hi-Tech because I felt that they were not really selling/pushing you to hire them. Lior (PM) basically told me what needs to be done, what would look great, and how they were going to do the job. At the end of it all, I am glad I went with Hi-Tech. The quality of work and professionalism was awesome. They were always on time and finished the job within 4 weeks when the timeline was 6 weeks. We even agreed upon a reasonable payment schedule based on the area of completion. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Builders. Thank you so much Hi-Tech Builders. Hi-Tech Builders just finished a full remodeling of our house. It all started with our meeting with Lior by measuring and understanding what we want to do. Lior came over several times and presented to us his designs and Lior was the person that tried each time to improve the space and to maximize the quality of the materials. The remodeling started with the Kitchen and bathroom at the same stage of work, while the work in the kitchen in process, Lior and his workers started to work on the dining room & laundry room. The plumbing and main rain replacement repairs work was done by several of his people and they did a great job in that part too. The kitchen that we remodeled was with oak wood and included an island, counter tops, new outlets and appliances. The hallways contained several closets and storage spaces that were designed and installed by Lior and his people. All exterior windows and texture coated the exterior of our house. We had never before taken on anything like this and Lior walked us through every step of the way from permitting to code to design explaining what needed to be done in realistic steps. The crew of workers showed up to the house on time every day and did a very professional job in all respects. Any difficulties were taken care of immediately by Lior. Many great ideas came from these him. The proof that Hi-Tech Builders are great company is at the end results, as now we have a beautiful home with all the modern touches and for much less than other bids that had much less work involved. Everything that Lior said he would do, he did. I would recommend Hi-Tech Builders for any size job you have in mind, they stand by their word.

David and Kristina were extremely helpful in our complete remodeling project of our house. David's skills and experience were significantly valued while Kristina's help at the office was more than we thought or expected. His ability to share with us his ideas, vision, suggestions and concept via his 3D computer designs provided us with a perfect picture of what our options were. Perfect remodeling job by remodeling the Kitchen, Living room and master bathroom of our dreams! What we loved best was how anything and everything in the remodeling was managed by the hi-Tech builders from A to Z and mainly without us having to get involved other than in the approval of the design. The estimate that we got was given to us at the 2nd meeting with David and it included everything with any hidden costs. Our remodeling included everything from a new shower system, designed backsplash and heated flooring and home automation switches/outlets AND new appliances, new fresh coat of paint, new cabinets, plumbing and more. we feel like we live in a dream house. Hi Tech Builders just redid our master bedroom, bathroom and kitchen! The new remodeling is so beautiful and we love it! Our project manager (May) and her team including the Office manager (Christina) who handled our remodeling project personally did such a wonderful job and it was much more than we expected! They demolished completely the old master bathroom including the bedroom closet, relocated the toilet, created a larger and more functional closet and then rebuilt it with new heated floors, custom shelves, double vanity with storage tower and medicine cabinet, custom large mirror enclosure, marble counter-top, new good size shower with several types of tile, exhaust fan and beautiful lights. At the kitchen part, they removed most of the old things and redid all of them brand new with new locations of some cabinets, lights, appliances and larger island. The quality of everything is very good while they kept making great suggestions during the remodeling work and they really were able to deliver more than what they promised they will do. We highly recommend Hi Tech Builders!

Hi Tech Builders completely upgraded our new house with a completely new kitchen, hardwood floors subway tile and home automation features, new interior whole wood doors, including new paint all around the house, ceilings and crown moldings. All of the work that they did, was finished on time and within the approved estimate that was given to us by May. May is knowledgeable, very skilled contractor, a true problem solver and she did more than she should in order to make us happy and satisfied with our house remodeling project. Our remodeling project was a huge success and we feel that we got much more than what we were promised.

I can't say enough about how smoothly this project went. Excellent communication throughout project, knowledgeable on site workers and office staff, high quality beautiful finished product. All workers I encountered were friendly, professional, and courteous. Cleanup was done daily, in fact workers were on site almost daily and I was notified daily regarding what element of project was targeted and time frame to expect workers. David and Moses are almost immediately available by text and phone, as are office staff. My five star ratings are not an exaggeration.

We contracted David for our complete remodeling project on our master bedroom/bathroom and a large facelift for the entire first floor. David's quote was very fair and he included everything we asked for. Our project involved a lot of coordination of many people that were involved in this work. David was great at matching the difficulties of our job and the convenience of his crews. He was a professional man with a lot of experience which brought a lot of asset to the project when there were little issues along the way. David was easy to be reached, including on weekends - he was always available to help and guide us. The completed project that he delivered us is absolutely beautiful. We had a very good experience during our remodeling project with Hi tech Builders. Our project manager (David) was the main key during this experience and his involvement was much more than what we thought we will get. He did an excellent job from the moment we met all the way to completion of the work. David's involvement with his crew and sub-contractors was also very good and we noticed that this was something that go for a long time and it worked like a charm. We know that there are so many project managers that can handle any task related to any project, but his management and skills was at least to us something that is not common to see. All the sub-contractors that were also involved in our remodeling project, did their work with lots of professionalism, they were on time and worked very clean and organized. They also made sure to have their working space protected from dust, damages and made sure to keep the entire house clean during the remodeling project. Our remodeling project was to tear down completely all the way to the studs and reconfigure the master bathroom, Kitchen and another bathroom that we needed to relocate. At the end, all the remodeling spaces were completed within the time frame that was set by David and we didn’t experiences many problems NOR was the budget increased during the work. We are literally very happy each time we come back home and see the new remodeled spaces. We highly recommend Hi Tech Builders to anyone who is planning on doing any type of remodeling project in our area.
