My mother and stepfather wanted to remodel their kitchen for a while now and they asked me to help them in finding someone that can do the remodeling project for them! Because they didnâ t know much about it nor they could speak good English, the project was on hold and nothing was done. When they asked for my help, I start my search online, asked some of my friends and at the end, I got a hold of Hi-Tech Builders. I called them and scheduled an appointment at my parentsâ house. They sent Lior to the house and he set with us and asked many questions and looked at the space while given some great ideas about what can be done. Few days later, he came back and gave us a detailed estimate of the work that he will do including time frame and detailed price per item. During the meetings, Lior was very nice and patient while explaining everything to us. He then made all the 3D designs and it presented to my parents and I so we can make a decision about the project. At the end, we did decide to hire Hi Tech Builders because they gave us the fairest price and ideas compare to the other ones. The remodeling crew was honest and worked fast. My parents have finally the most beautiful kitchen and bathrooms that they really wanted! Lior was amazing and we want to thank Hi Tech Builders!

Absolutely amazing talent people! The people at Hi Tech Builders made our vision of kitchen and bathrooms a reality. Before we hired them, we met with 4 additional home improvement companies. Half of them couldnâ t do the design right even while others provided us with estimates that were extreme with lower quality materials. May was very fair and upfront about all the cost and timelines. He worked on the kitchen project as if it was her own. Her team gave extra efforts to help us save some costs without lowering the quality. We have remodeled several kitchens in the past and we are very specific about what we want and what we need. May took the time to ensure we are pleased each stage of the work. Hi Tech Builders recently designed and finished our large addition and a remodeling project to our house. All the communications, professionalism, efforts and the high quality of the entire work were no less than perfect. The working crew that were involved in our work, were very skilled, kind, very dependable and polite. May is extremely skilled & professional contractor and easy person to work with. I had an incredible involvement working with Lior from Hi-Tech Builders. My house required some upgrading and structural updates before I could move in. Lior worked carefully with me to design and remodeling the spaces just the way I projected them. It was not a total remodeling project but I was treated as a special client and during the work, I felt that my remodeling project was very important to Lior and all the people who worked at the house. Lior and his crew are pleasant, sincere and adoring about what they do. All of my thoughts, needs, and worries were carefully attended to and they made it happen. He was able to get a decent price for all the finish hardware and materials. The total prices were realistic too. The permit process, the actual work, inspections, and completion were showed in a professional manner. The final work is gorgeous, fresh, detailed and it was finished fast. The kitchen remodeling project that we did recently leave us a great experience. The remodeling project was done by Hi Tech Builders. From the initial meeting that we had with May all the way to the last corrections and touch up that they did, we were in excellent hands. Hi Tech Builders have the most professional and skilled people from the design stage all the way to the office staff and working crews. The design stage was long and stress less because we wanted to include so many things and May was able to include most of them at the current project. The office staff took care of all the scheduling, deliveries etc ¦ and they did a perfect job on that. As part of the estimate, we got a draft detail of all the tasks and completion chart, so we knew more or less what will be next. We were referred to May by our neighbor who hired them before to remodel his kitchen. They were so happy with the work that was done at their house that they kept referring them to others. We are also proud to refer Hi-Tech Builders, Inc.to our friends, coworkers and relatives and other neighbors.

The response to my requests for minor changes was always "yes, no problem." They also emailed me everyday with the next days detailed schedule.

My great experience with Hi Tech Builders was ending in the prefect relationship. We started working with them a while back during a small remodeling project that went very good and this time we hired them for our investment house that we just bought. This recent remodeling project was to install new tile flooring around the whole house, completely remodeled the guest bathroom and the master bathroom. Because we were not living in the area, most of the details were basically discussed and decided over the phone and via emails when all the actual work was done without us present at the house. David and Kristina made this project stress less and super easy for us. They had our fully confidence and we knew that we are in excellent hands throughout the process. The sub-contractors that work for them did high quality work and we are very happy with the final results when we finally rented the house. Weâ ve hired Hi Tech Builders for few remodeling projects before for our previous houses and this time we hired him for our new our purchased house. The work included the remodeling of the laundry room, bathroom remodeling and the replacement of the current roof with new one.
