We were very pleased with the first remodeling project that Hi-Tech Builders did in our house few years ago and we decided to hire them once again to completely remodel few sections of our house. During this remodeling project, they took our ideas and vision and brought it into life. What we wanted was to have a large open space of the whole first floor while merging the kitchen with the living room and dining room areas. Our best part of having Hi-Tech Builders performing the remodeling was how they guided us during the whole remodeling process making sure that we will take the right decisions and purchases of materials mainly when we had a contractor, a designer and a decorator working as one big team and helping us with basically everything. On top of all of that, Lior and the working team also did a great remodeling job, made sure that it will be based on the promised schedule and finished the remodeling project while making sure that there will be no mistakes or problems. During the work, we wanted to have some modifications that caused to change the budget. Our project manager Lior made sure to inform us before we made the changes so we won’t have any surprises with the money. We would eagerly recommend them.

We recently completed a 650 sq/ft room addition to our house. We can't write here enough on how pleased and happy we are with the completed remodeling. Based on that, we already mentioned Lior and Hi Tech Builders to several of our friends. In our remodeling project, we built an additional master bedroom that included not a big room with a lot of built-in storage cabinets and wet bar, a bedroom and bathroom. Lior and his crew did a beautiful remodeling job, not only by taking the blueprints plans and construct them. They always asked us questions about if we like something and provided us with recommendations when they noticed something. Lior was at our house very often he and kept us informed of what is next. They finished the room addition project ahead of schedule. We will contact them again for any future remodeling projects we may have.

My entire experience with Lior in regards to my home remodeling project has been very positive and productive. What we liked about him was that he have a great personality with a great touch of professionality, vision and management skills that if you combine all of them, you will get a successful remodeling project no matter how large it is. The quality of the new kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms is for sure one of the highest standards we have ever seen. We could write more and more about everything we loved in the remodeling and about Hi-Tech Builders but we summarized all of that in this review. We have never had to wait for Lior or the people that were working at my house for anything such as questions, comments, concerns or billing remarks. They all came to work each day and on time as scheduled by Lior. If someone should come late or cannot show up for work, Lior always called and informed us so we did not need to wait and waist time or work. Lior's Knowledge, skill, ability and honesty, are very high related to his work and trades. The work at our house was a semi large remodeling project that included 70% from the house and Lior made it like a brand new house. The kitchen got a complete new facelift with new cabinets, counter tops, island, paint and more, while the bathrooms got new paint, new floors, new vanities and shower. We will hire Lior again and again in the future! No doubt about it. His work and efforts were really worth it even though the price was very comparable and did not change during the work.

This review is for our experience with May and the whole team at Hi Tech Builders!! We just hired and worked with them recently and during the whole work she went above and beyond the whole duration of the remodeling project. May and her excellent team were very skilled, honest, and hard-working and delivered the highest quality we could ask for. She always listened to us and followed through our comments and kept the communication channel as the main key of the remodeling project and which made the entire people at Hi Tech Builders as the perfect construction company. We valued all the attention to the details (even the smallest ones) and the excellent craftsmanship that the team brought to each and every aspect of the remodeling project. We strongly recommend May and Hi Tech Builders while we are looking forward to hire and working with them again in the near future!

I strongly recommend Hi-Tech Builders to any home owner or investor that is looking for any construction or home improvement company for their house or investment property. My recommendation is based on the honesty, professionalism, customer service and high quality of the work they do. But the main thing is the customer service that they provide which is outstanding. Our project manager May was very professional, hardworking, trustworthy, know how to solve problems when they raises and polite. We are truly in love with the remodeling work that they did at our house which made a huge change of our living.

Hi-Tech Builders completed a major remodeling project at my home that included the remodeling of the kitchen, master bedroom and the floor around the house. On top of that, David and his people removed a wall in order to give a more open space feeling and an exterior wall was redesigned with additional openings that included the creation and installation of few new windows. On top of that, David did a new kitchen for us that included all the cabinets, counter tops, appliances and lighting (top & bottom). All walls in the master bedroom were repaired, textured and painted. In the Ceilings, David removed all the pop-corn texture and paint them after fixing all the bad areas. Our selection in regards to the new floors was a mahogany engineered wood floor instead of the old ceramic tiles that were installed in the house. All the Hi-Tech Builders team that worked at my house were very professional and extremely polite to us. During the work, we still lived in the house and we got all the respect from all the people that were involved in this project. After the work was completed, there were few items that made us unhappy and after I spoke to David about it, he came to the house and after he saw my concerns, he agreed without any problem to correct them and made sure that they will replaced and corrected. I must mention that this corrections happened after the work was completed and payment has been made in full. David seems to be very nice person to deal with and during the whole work he made sure to prove us that we are pleased and happy with the results of his work.

Hired to demo and replace existing shower pan to include replacing shower door. The crew was consistently late and some days never showed up. Contract completion date of Aug. 16 and the tile was not even completed until Aug. 20. I even had to call them to ask why the trash from the construction was left on my front porch. No one showed up to measure for the new shower until Aug. 21 and was told it could take up to two weeks and no longer. They had originally sold me a frameless door but I decided to opt for a framed door to match the existing enclosure. They told me the framed door would be the same cost as the frameless which I found hard to believe. Again told it would take at least two weeks to finish and two weeks later on Aug. 31 no door. Their subcontractor could not provide the door! Then asked if another sub could come by on Sept. 3 to measure for a door that was already measured almost 2.5 weeks earlier. I told them that their 10 day job was over 2 weeks past original completion date and that I was not happy. Then told I could use the shower without the door and could simply wipe the bathroom floor dry after using it. Ridiculous answer so I told them to cancel the door and I paid another company to install my old door the next day so I could use the shower. Hi-Tech was told to send me a bill for the work completed and they tell me the best they could do was credit $200 for my inconvenience and additional $500 for the door (which was $1500) So I question why I had to pay $1000 for a door that was NEVER fabricated or installed. Their answer was, "The best we can do is give you a total credit of $1000 to include the $200 inconvenience credit". I'm totally disappointed with their customer service.

Last month, Hi-Tech Builders helped us to renovate our kitchen and master bathroom including building a room addition. The remodeling process and progress was easy and fast while the overall price was good too. We couldn't be happier with the final results. Our project manager David listened to what we wanted and thought, insured that it will be done in a fair price and made sure that the work will be done right. During the remodeling, it happened few times that if he notices about any mistakes, he made sure that the work will be redone without our involvements .we strongly recommend Hi-Tech Builders to anyone who is looking for a quality remodeling people who are honest with high standards and passionate. We are looking forward for new remodeling projects in the near future and we won't be hesitating in hiring Hi-Tech Builders.

After long time of hesitating, we decided to remodel our kitchen and 3 bathrooms at our house. For our remodeling, we hired Hi-Tech Builders (David) because he was the most honest person from all the other ones that we met and talked before our meeting with him. When David was about to complete the kitchen, we decided to also remodel our 3 bathrooms also because of the remarkable job that David did with our kitchen. David helped us with everything including the design and the selection of all the materials that we used. David was available anytime we had any question or we needed any advice. David was at our house very often to check and see that all the work progress and what was being done that day. If we will decide to have any other remodeling work our home, David will be the one we hire. We did referred him already to few of our friends and family. Thank you David for such a gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms!!!

H-Tech Builders is customer oriented. They work with you to give you what you want. They give daily updates as to what is happening and who will be working at your house. They respond promptly to questions or concerns. They keep to their time table. They clean up at the end of the day. I would hire them for another project.
