We have hired and used Hi Tech Builders for multiple remodeling projects at our house that included: the driveway, complete kitchen remodeling and the repair of the foundation. We are very happy and pleased with all the work that they did in the remodeling projects. David has followed our requirements and needs very elegantly. In reality, we imported all the countertops from overseas and he was great about it, even that the delay with the shipment caused the work to be held a little. The value of the remodeling work is excellent and surpassed our expectations. The overall prices were very reasonable, while David have his pride behind his projects. We highly recommend David and Hi Tech Builders!!!!!

As part of our research for a contractor, we got a reference from a friend that Hi Tech Builders is a great construction company that deliver a great work and that we will be will happy with them. From the early meetings that we had with May to go over our requirements and financial plan, to the completed work, there was never a time when we felt that we did any kind of mistake by hiring him. We our remodeling project included several parts on our home, we knew we wanted to have someone who we would be comfortable with, honest, quality person and who knew her skills. May was our guy! Hi Tech Builders installed new windows throughout the house and completely remodeled the master bathroom. He walked us through the inspections, helped us with truthful advices, was detailed in her work and highlighted places to buy products to stay within the budget. We truly can not write bad things about anyone from the crew and sub-contractors. They were on time, very nice guys and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. We can say they enjoyed what they did and took pride in their work. May was very professional, quick to respond and stopped by nearly daily to check the progress of the work. Issues and concerns were handled immediately which was a big relief. A huge thank you to May and all the guys. We highly recommend Hi Tech Builders!

This is absolutely the best experience we have ever had with any of the construction companies we used in the past. We were hoping to find an honest, professional and great contractor for a while now mainly after we have heard so many bad stories of contractors that never finished the work and left with the money. After a while of searching, we met with Lior from Hi Tech Builders, talking about what we want to do and thinking to achieve. His professional presentation and experience made us feel very comfortable. Lior designed and executed our new back yard (all the hardscape), new kitchen, new bathroom and living room. The remodeling process went very smoothly and with no issues. The communications during the work between us and all the workers was remarkable too. We are very pleased with everything they did for us, and we are positive that we will hire them again.

We hired Hi Tech Builders 5 months ago to do a complete remodeling to our new purchase house that was in a very bad shape but with big potential. At the end of the remodeling, we got the stunning results that we hoped to get. The accomplishment of our complete remodeling project, exceeded our hopes, visions and dreams. We moved to our house last week and the house is completely different and brand new! All of our guests and friends are in shock with the makeover of our house. We couldnâ t be more pleased, happier or amazed with how our remodeling project came out.

We worked with May at Hi Tech Builders on our remodeling project that was to demolished the old kitchen and install a new one. We were worried mainly that the remodeling will interrupt my day by day life (which was the main reason why we haven't done yet). But because of the experience and the history of that company we did go head and did the work. May stayed on top of all the things that were involved in the work, her attitude was excellent, and she knew how to maintain a great relationship with all the workers and us. The new kitchen was finished within a month. Great experience and highly recommended.

We found Lior through several web sites and we thought he can be a perfect match for our home remodeling project. We hired him to remodel our master bathroom, master bedroom and kitchen after a while that we thought on how to do it, what to do and collect ideas. Lior set with us and heard everything we want and on our second meeting, he brought additional ideas that improved our thoughts and made the remodeling much better. The work also included the removal of 2 columns at the kitchen area; redesign and rebuilt the whole kitchen with all the new countertops and backslashes. In the master bedroom and bathroom Lior demolished it to the grounds and rebuilt it based on what we wanted and needed. During the remodeling work, we were not at the house and we counted completely on the communication skills of Lior and frankly enoughâ ¦ his communication skills were perfect for us with a lot of daily calls and texts that often came with current pictures of the whole remodeling progress. We highly recommend Lior.

We have worked with a several contractors during the years when we moved to new house. Hi Tech Builders is simply the best of all of them and we are lucky to have this company remodel our recent new house. Our major remodeling project included several difficulties due to irregularities in the original structure of the house. I donâ t normally write reviews, but Hi Tech Builders was so good that I felt that I had to write something in order to express my gratitude. Hi Tech Builders is the best contractors I have worked with and Iâ m going to mention them to everyone that needs any type of landscaping or hardscaping work at their house. Lior and the people that worked at my house were very professional, easy-going, and supportive through the whole work. Their customer service was astonishing from Lior all the way through everyone that worked at our house. They were all polite and helpful. Lior made sure to stay within the budget that we set before starting the project even when we had to do some changes to the original design during the work. Every step of the way Lior clarified everything they were doing and solved every problem, big or little that came up during the work. Lior and his workers made our yard look much better by creating a 24â squares of grass and stone. On top of it, he designed and implemented a nice seating area that we can use at nights and when we have guests or family. During the work, Lior and his workers cleaned up everything and even painted the surrounded fences and also some touchups on the stucco, leaving the house better than it was when they started. I must say that even if I was able to get a cheaper estimate for that work, I would rather hire Lior and to pay the extra money because now I know that itâ s completely worth it. Lior, if you read this, thank you so much and please thank the site supervisor too, he was unbelievable. Iâ m so glad we decided to use these honest, hardworking, professionals.

Hi Tech Builders designed, built and implemented the room addition at my house and on top of that, they also remodeled my kitchen and bathroom. David and the office stuff were very easy and professional to generate the plans and they also handled and issued all the relevant permits that were needed for this remodeling project. Their work is top notch quality and it was finished on time and within the agreed budget (with no hidden charges at all). The finished remodeling project looks gorgeous and very functional to my needs! I love the new addition and kitchen.

Hi Tech Builders was truly pleasure to work with. May and her team worked very quickly and professionally. May quoted me for a new kitchen remodeling project that at first should be completed within 3 months of daily work but essentially it was completed it within 2 months. The new kitchen looked gorgeous and they paid attention to each and every detail so it will look no less than perfect. More than that, they kept everything in the house clean and organized. She also made sure to cover and seal off the entire remodeling space so no dust will get all over the house. In the past, I have worked with few other contractors that were just OK and did a good job but Hi-Tech Builders was very skilled and trustworthy company.
