Our remodeling project that was designed and performed by Hi-Tech Builders and managed by Lior included our master bathroom, Jack and Jill bathroom, Kitchen and patio. The entire project was designed from start to finish by Lior and his team of professionals and was executed by his skilled workers and sub-contractors (plumber, electrician etc..). All final stages of the remodeling were impeccable. Lior was able to come up with a great design that included and covered everything we wanted, a nice selection of all the finish materials, very smooth execution. We do highly recommend them for any remodeling projects.

We are new to California and our new house needed to have a complete landscape designed from scratch. It was too much to think about this big project and how mainly to find the right person/company that can help us do the remodeling we wanted for our new house. We feel lucky that we were able to find May and Hi-Tech Builders! May and her perfect team ... were so professional to work with and they delivered us a gorgeous outdoor living space that by far exceeded what we imagined was doable. Our house was a pre-construction house and our yard was empty and we wanted to execute our visions of a beautiful outdoor living space mainly because of the view. We recently purchased this house that was a fixer and not in a livable condition. We hired Hi-Tech Builders to do a complete remodeling of the house and to bring him to a livable stage and now that the work is completed, we can write that we could not be happier with the high quality of the work that they did for us. The original house was 3400 square feet and 2 levels. David from Hi-Tech Builders expanded the property to 5500 square feet by expanding the front and the back of the house. Each detail of the house was designed and rebuilt by David including the electricity, HVAC, communications and lighting configuration in the house. Everything they did was done in very high quality and the new house got a brand new look and feel that will serve us for many years.

They were able to deliver more than what they promise, they were hardworking people, arrive at the house on time and set our high expectations. The remodeling that they did for us beat our expectations all the way and all of them were really a pleasure to have at our house. Our backyard project took over two months. The difference between the before and after stages is spectacular. Lior proved to have a real talent in design and his capability for converting a space into a reality. David and his team at Hi-Tech Builders did a stunning remodeling job on our kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. Our old house was a big challenge but David was able to navigate our big remodeling project with a focus on top quality and our satisfaction with the overall remodeling. Everyone who was working at our house cleaned up after each working day and were very thoughtful of our vision and ideas. Our project was ended on time on our promised budget. This was our first time hiring someone for a project of this size, so we didn't know what to expect or how will it go. We know that when someone tells you Do not worry you better worry! so now that our project is complete we can say that it was nice to be in professional hands when issues came up during the work and David handled them better than we thought. May and her team at Hi Tech Builders are, without a doubt, the best contractors in the industry. My remodeling project involved the complete renovation of small house, including complete demolition and the renovation of two bathrooms and the kitchen, new installation of engineered hardwood floors, a custom fireplace and upgraded the electrical panel. We trusted our home and the project to Hi Tech Builders. They handled the remodeling job with lots of professionalism and the time that they gave to all the details is unbelievable. We planned this project few months before we started and we had done a big research of the material selections, May gave us additional recommendations to the design and materials that surpassed our high expectations for this project. We met and spoke to several construction and home improvement companies in order to remodel our kitchen and 2 bathrooms which at the end we decided to hire Hi Tech Builders (Lior). We met with Lior and during all the meetings that we had, he spends extra time to really understand what we want to achieve, what is our style and preferred design. This was a huge plus for us because we felt that he really cares about our project and not only in making money. We needed to expand and upgrade our kitchen by moving the laundry space to the garage and removing a wall between the dining room area to the kitchen. This made us the exact open space and entertaining area that we wanted. More than that, we replaced some of the windows so we can have natural light. In the kitchen we added an island with 6 seating that will face one of the windows overlooking the back yard. The team of Lior guided us to make the remodeling stress free including helping us with the purchase of all the cabinets, floors, marble, tiles and appliances. We are very happy with the whole remodeling and the new kitchen beat all of our prospects, converting our entire home. We will keep recommending Lior and Hi-Tech Builders.

Hi-Tech Builders managed the remodeling of our house after we had a fire that destroyed most of the house. Our home required to remodel completely the kitchen area, bedrooms, and the garage. It also required to reframe several sections in order to bring it to a livable stage. Lior and his team did all the hard work while the office (Kristina) took care of all the permits, insurance, orders and more, Hi-Tech Builders is a true pleasure company to work with. During the remodeling, they went out of their way so many times to make sure we will get the highest quality and functionality of the work from start to finish.

I recently purchased a house with three bathrooms that apparently had not been updated since it was built. Lior and his people were able to do an excellent job by renovating and upgrading all of them in one single remodeling project. From the beginning and during the first meetings that we had with Lior, we noticed clearly that he had brilliant ideas and large scale of imagination on how to maximize the space and to make it as much functional as it can be AND based on our needs. Before the work began and after we decided on the plans, we met with him in order to choose all the final materials and also in that department, he was able to provide an excellent help and advices on what should we get and from where while focusing on the main thing which was - the budget. One of the most thing that surprised us was when we went with him to the tile store in order to select tiles for each one of the bathrooms and he was very patient as we truly struggled to make a decision. All the bathrooms together were completed in 3 weeks! The workmanship is wonderful and all of them looks stunning. We will definitely hire Hi Tech Builders for any type of future renovation projects at our house and we highly recommend them to anyone who is considering of renovating their kitchen or bathrooms.
