They called me and set up an appointment for a Sunday, which I loved that they work on the weekends, as my husband and I are busy during the week. We ended up going with Hi-Tech because they seemed like the most pleasant people to work with. Very nice secretary and the representative Roy was a nice man who knew a lot about remodels. We got rid of our ugly popcorn ceiling and remodeled our home to be handicap accessible for my mother, who has recently moved in with us. Now everything is wheelchair accessible, we have the bars in the shower for her, our porch has a nice new ramp for her, and they did a great job making sure it was well-designed and looks very appealing, like the rest of our home. We will be using them again should we need anything else!

My husband hired Hi-Tech Builders Inc. to come out and fix our roof. Our guest house needed a new roof and our next door neighbor raved about them so we went ahead and called! Not only did they do an incredible job on the roof, but we went ahead and hired them for a new face lift with our guest room & living room as well. The new paint and windows were a dream. I will definitely be calling them again to do improvement on our main house in the future. They were extremely fast & professional.

I found Hi-Tech Builders on home advisor and called them to come take a look at my backyard. It was nothing but a huge pile of dirt from failed projects...and attempts to make it look nice. We looked at everything with Ron and decided to build a pool and covered patio. We had our bumps along the way..as any project does. The weather was sometimes bad and the workers couldn't make it but despite everything and the terrible experiences I've had with hiring this type of work out, they finished AHEAD of schedule and I couldn't be more happy with the way it turned out. I wish I had another backyard so I could work with them on another project. Happy Happy customer.

There was only about 15% field supervision by HI-Tech supervisor. I had to daily review their work and call-out errors - I was the supervisor. Construction had to be torn down and redone according to the approved working drawings. And the 3 week schedule that was agreed to jn the contract ended taking 2 1/2 months --- with me pushing them.

Not cheap/but excellent work.

They are very friendly, and Kerry and Christine as administrative assistants are wonderful communicators about job specifics. The work itself is amateurish at best. Everything is "eyeballed" so measurements and fittings are always slightly off. If the job is simple they can do it, if it involves detailed craftsmanship that is out of their league. We were told the top worker on our job had life issues and took it out on the job. We have to live with the results unfortunately and some things are a huge eyesore. We cannot recommend them in good conscience.

We hired Hi-Tech to add a 3rd bedroom to our house, extend our kitchen, all new floors, redo our fireplace, etc. It was a rather large project and they did a fantastic job. Initially, there were some bumps with the project manager we had, but David quickly rectified the situation when he saw the delays and issues. We were very happy with the outcome of the project. David's team handled all the permits and drawing up the plans. They provided excellent choices for us to choose the finishes from. Their team was clean and the final outcome was gorgeous. We are happy with our home!

Hi-Tech is what I would call a "full-service" contractor. David walked us through the whole process: drawing plans, obtaining permits, packing up and storing the whole house, all of it was part of the remodel package. Every step, David was there explaining things to us with a smile. One of the wonderful things about Hi-Tech is the excellent communication, letting us know the schedule for the day, or what delays were occurring and why. Kerry and Kristina in the office are two of the nicest ladies around, and they make the whole home-remodel experience not just tolerable, but enjoyable.

Hi - Tech Builders are personable and make certain that the customer is totally satisfied. They are in contact with the client daily. Contractors arrive on time and complete the job in a timely manner.
