Eric came out the same day. My house was built in 1957 and I was worried about some faulty switches (fire) . Eric checked out some other worries I had and did a great job. I no longer worried about the possibility of fire. I will hire Green Electric Solutions next time I need an electrician. Thank you Eric :) and thank you Home Advisor :)

no comment . My initial experience with Green Solar Electrical Solutions was very good. They were and have been very respectful, cordial and on time. G S E S sent a technician out to my rental home to asses the electrical issue reported to me and of which I conveyed to G S E S. The problem was that 4 outlets were not working. The technician made his initial assessment and called me to let me know what the problem was.He informed me that someone had piggy- backed 2 circuits on to one breaker. He told me that the charge for finding the problem would be $370.00 and what I needed was a new sub-panel at a cost of $1100.00 and the assessment charges would be wavered. I ask him if that would be the final cost of work needed and he said yes. I gave him the OK to replace the sub-panel .The technician called me after the panel was installed and informed me that 4 outlets needed to be replaced [Of which I suspension were the original 4 outlets that were not working as reported by the tenant] .The additional charge for the 4 outlets would be $429.00. The technician presented the thought that the plugs were worn and were a possible future problem. I gave him OK to replace the plugs, but questions him about the high price for such a small amount of addition work of which he already knew didn't work. I generally would not have given the OK to install the 4 plugs but I was in another state and wanted to make sure everything was safe and properly working for my tenants. Having been in the construction industry for over 50 years, as a general contractor and with considerable electrical knowledge. I've been thinking about what took place in this whole episode. 1st I believe the panel was ok other than needing a new breaker installed,of which are available. 2nd, the 4 outlets of I am assuming to be on the piggy-backed breaker unit. {By the way I believe that piggy- back fix was done by a licensed electrician 2 years ago when a similar electrical problem occurred at the same sub- panel] were in working condition. Most likely all that was needed was to reset the GFI outlet plug that was on both of these circuits. 3rd I would have been embarrassed if I was the electrician on the job that I would have just put in the 4 Plugs for free. [It must have taken all of 45 minutes to install 4 plugs for $429.00] Just to make a longer story shorter,I will just say be very careful when you hire this company as they may tell you or sell you on something that you don't need. And one more thing if you pay by credit card make sure the bill you the right amount as I was over charged $100.00. They did credit my card for the overcharge. I think now that they need to at least credit me for the 4 plugs at the tune of $429.00. Any one interested in contacting me [email protected]
