We had some troubleshooting needing to be done in our attic. We had air conditioning guys here and they couldnâ t figure out why a plug wasnâ t working in the attic. We called and Eric was out the next day. Upon arrival he asked what was wrong and then proceeded to tell us that we were wrong and scoffed at our prediction. Obviously we donâ t know the exact answer because weâ re not electricians. The way he spoke to us as well as the air conditioning professionals at our home was uncalled for. He was condescending and rude. The only reason Iâ m getting two stars because the problem was solved, but the experience was not great. We will not be calling this company again.

We apologize for the experience but Eric is a very experienced electrician and was able to fix the problem in a timely manner based on his observation - not sure how the conversation went down but all of our technicians are trained to be professional to be polite and courteous. Not sure what happened at your home or why you felt this way but we will pass this on to Eric's supervisor.
