    Green Electric Solutions provided exceptional service in resolving our GFI outlet issue. The technician worked tirelessly for five hours, inspecting every outdoor outlet and ultimately discovering a rodent-chewed cord on a refrigerator as the cause. Their thoroughness, professionalism, and reasonable pricing exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend their reliable expertise!

    100% got ripped off. They come to your house and make it seem like the problem is bigger than it actually is. Then they give you two price points. One is completely out of budget and the next one is significantly cheaper but still not worth it for the work they do. Got charged almost $1,000 for work that took ten minutes.

    Response from Company:

    This call was an emergency call at 4pm in the afternoon - customer did not have power to her refrigerator plus she had some live wires sticking out of an outlet. We always give the customer the price before the work starts as well we have the customer sign the contract when we are completed to their satisfaction. Which was done in this case. The technician was there a lot longer than 10 minutes as the customer stated plus the customer could have gotten other estimates if they wanted to - I guess since we showed up within an hour trouble shoot and fixed the issue and made the exposed wires safe - we receive a bad review for an emergency service professional service well done. Don't understand this review and customer never called the office with any issues
