The Electrician quickly realized that the problem was on the SDGE side, and advised me the way to proceed with the utility company. He also replaced multiple circuit breakers that were improperly placed, using new parts that I had previously purchased. Compared to the Electrician that had previously serviced the breaker box, this guy was professional and knew exactly how to proceed troubleshooting and resolving the problem.

The job was and fixing the cause of a 15A breaker which would not reset. Also replacing two breaker boxes new all breakers controlling the property. The first was a "needle in a haystack" problem. The breaker supported some 50 or more outside 110V outlets plus sprinkler controllers, pool, lamps, etc., none of which would work. Juan, the tech sent to fix this problem systematically located and tested every outlet box, many hidden in the shrubs around the property. Turns out the shorted outlet was the LAST box to be tested. When done I asked Juan if he could replace all the breakers in the two boxes, all of which were past their duty cycle. Since his vehicle was stocked with parts, he was able to complete this the same day. It's now been 30 days and no electric problems have surfaced. Juan was always pleasant, and worked diligently on a difficult problem until the problem was solved. I'd highly recommend Green Electric, and particularly Juan for residential electrical issues.
