"FULL RENOVATION REVIEW - Our journey with Elron and Beverly Builders Group started about 2 years ago. We needed a full home renovation, including kitchen, bathrooms, and living rooms, along with a 2nd floor master bedroom addition. Elron and Nick (on-site project manager) were reliable, attentive, communicative, and fair. I searched a ton of websites before starting this massive project, and Beverly Builders Group kept coming up. After a few quotes, we decided to move forward with them. Sure, the quote was a bit higher, but was completely worth it in the end! Elron and his team completed the 10 month project EARLY at just 8 months; they STAYED on budget with not a single hidden or surprise cost. Tom was patient, organized, and genuinely made us feel like he cared. The reviews are true; from design, planning, architecture, engineering, and city plans; to setting up a payment schedule, this company stands above the rest. What truly set Beverly Builders Group apart was their personalized approach. They were always available to talk, made time for meetings, and even went above and beyond to engage with our family, making the experience feel like a collaboration among friends. All workers were friendly and professional and the project was completed as fast as possible. "I hired Horizon to do a 500 sq ft home addition in 2003. While there are some hiccups, overall I am satisfied with the quality of the work and confident that the structure is sound. Just make sure that you include absolutely everything in the contract as it is much easier to negotiate before you sign. I am particularly pleased with the work of Nestor (painting and molding guy) and Jason (electrician) but disappointed that we can't move the furnace. They gave you a very clear estimate and broke down the payments in many phases which I appreciated. The communication with the project manager Michael was good but you did need to utilize your negotiation skills. I got a lot of compliments from the neighbors passing by my house and it was wonderful to move back to my familiar but better home. I am now waiting for them to add attic access which I didn't realize I needed (but was included in the project). Hopefully, it will be done soon."

"First off, we tried to find someone that could build a porch cover that would look like it was built with the house, and not just some cheesy looking after thought. It's really hard to find anyone willing to do any work these days. Ray and Don came out and we explained what we were looking for. They told me and my wife what their idea was for the cover, and said they'd email the estimate. A few days later we got the estimate, and honestly, it was a bit more than we were expecting. We had a few more estimates, some less money, but we just weren't comfortable with the contractors and their recommendations. About 2 weeks later, I called Ray again and asked if he'd be able to provide some form of a drawing or sketch of his idea so we could better understand what they were thinking of doing to our house. Ray said he had recently started using the Sketch Up app, and would be happy to come by and show us his drawing. That was very helpful, and was the reason we decided to go with Ray and Don. Once we signed our contract, the lumber and supplies were delivered 2 days later, and work began the same day. Don and Ray were here every morning by 8:00, and worked all day. Anytime they had a subcontractor scheduled, they made sure they were here on time, and supervised all aspects of the job. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the front porch area and made it look as if they hadn't even been there. With all the work done, it took about 2 weeks. Don and Ray were both extremely friendly, and made having the work done very easy. They were very conscientious about the fact that we were alway home, and if our dogs were in the backyard, they always made sure the gate was closed. I would definitely recommend Wishon Construction, and will probably be using them again in the near future for another patio cover project."
