Sergio was great.

i was charged $585.00 to install a ceiling fan in my son's bedroom. he was there for less than 2 hours. my wife had a doctorate degree in psychology and never charged a fee like that. there wasn't even a wall switch.

Arrived, looked at the issue, and was gone within 5 minutes. Didn't explain what exactly was wrong. Just provided an estimate to "troubleshoot".

Ignacio, is very professional and through in his evaluation of the project. He is very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes after we explained what transpired. Post further review of the electrical spark in the main box it was determined in this 1951 home the vast majority of the wiring went through a small box in the closet. We rewired the house area that required to be done. After review, the problem could have been repaired with main box repair but really would not resolve the overall problem. Due to Ignacio, and my confidence in his abilities I went forward with the rewiring of the home. I am very impressed with him and home advisor as this was my first experience with home advisor.

They were having trouble with their computer system so did not have me scheduled. I had to call after my two hour window to see why they hadn't arrived. They were very apologetic and found someone to come out to me within the hour though.
