They called within minutes of scheduling the appointment and said they could come right away if we wanted. Worked out great. First time for me using HomeAdvisor and am blown away by how easy it was. Eric explained the problem clearly and you could tell he was a real pro.

I would not not recommend them. He put down the start and finish date incorrectly on the bill. When we told him our lights were flickering, he said it would be $600 to fix. We asked to replace our attic fan, he said he couldn't get up there and brought someone else to do it. We do not know if he actually replaced it or not because he didn't have paperwork to show but he charged $350. I think he is over charging. My breaker still was not fixed and we ended up getting a handyman that we met at Home Depot to fix the problem and he only charged us $35 and he actually fixed the problem right away.

We received a lot of good information on our houses' electricity. After I signed the $165 contract, the agent pulled off the 6 unit plug in and replaced the single 2 unit plug behind it. He said we could go and buy another 6 unit plug in if needed. Now, was the $165 mostly for the information or the 10 minute job repairing the plug?

Eric Johnson was prompt, professional, considerate, and accommodating of my schedule. Eric came the next day after I called, with a head's-up communication by his office that he was on his way. As it turns out, it was not possible to install a replacement fan kit in my ceiling fan. I had to go buy a new fan, but Eric came back that same afternoon and assembled and installed the new ceiling fan/light. I appreciated his willingness to put in the extra time and work and to complete the job in one day. He seemed knowledgeable and hard-working, and I felt comfortable having him in my house. I would definitely use Eric again, and would recommend him to others. The final cost for assembling and installing a new ceiling/fan light was $350, which included his having to come back a second time in one day. Although that was more than the $165 to install the fan kit, I am glad to have a new, working fan that will be reliable.

They troubleshoot an electrical problem for a wall outlet. It was in the eighth outlet checked. I would have taken me hours to figure it out but the right equipment and experience makes a difference (I am an electrical engineer so i could have done it) I had them upgrade the circuit breakers in the panel for the house . It was quick.
